The 1st booking was at the end of December 2018 and I never would have imagined how Rover was going to change my life yall 🩷🩷 There’s a big difference between a dog adjusting and a dog truly uncomfortable. observing and make decisions based on long-term well-being and not just the booking in front of me we all want happy safe dogs ☺️

Drove our dog all the way from Michigan to stay with Ruby!! She would always go to Ruby's when we lived in WI, and we will bring her back whenever we are able. Wrigley always has such a fun time with the other dogs and I know that she's in good hands with Ruby and Desmond
Ruby was very nice and seemed like a great place to leave our dog over night. We dropped him off in the morning, got some videos throughout the day, but then after 5pm we didn’t hear from her until we picked him up the next morning at 11am. Once we were able to get a hold of her after we arrived, she told us Desmond would bring our dog out, and we instantly smelled weed. Our dog reeked of it, his kennel and bed reeked of it, and it stunk up our car. He also wasn’t given his second serving of food , the bag was never opened.
My fur babies love going to the farm. My little guy hurt himself this last visit and Ruby was quick to take care of my little guy, immediately took him to a vet and becauae of Ruby's quick response all is well. She cares for my babies as if they were her own.
Another great stay for Sky at the farm! Grateful that Sky has a place she loves to go for longer (week+) boarding that can accommodate her high energy and understand her social needs! Thanks Ruby!
My pup who is normally shy at first took right to Ruby like a long lost friend. I could tell from the videos that Willow felt very comfortable with her, which for a first time boarding is great! It's obvious that she loves all the pups and does a wonderful job caring for them and communicating with anxious owners!

Throughout the day, dogs spend time together in a supervised, social environment! I enjoy having a mixed group of sizes and ages when temperaments allow haha

My goal is for every dog whether tiny, giant, young, or senior to feel comfortable, included, and safe while enjoying positive social interaction.I’m very flexible with drop-off and pick-up times but if timing doesn’t work my grooming salon provides a safe, secure space for arrivals and departures.
