Ruben did a great job accommodating Cerberus and Loki. Loki is extremely high energy, and Ruben was very communicative about his needs. He was very kind and helpful, and took the dogs on walks as well. Cerberus even got watch a little bit of Hunger Games. They had a great time and I look forward to having him watch them again.

Ruben took great care of my dog, Tonka. He was very prompt with replying to messages leading up to his stay and during his stay with Tonka. I can tell Ruben's a dog lover and I felt comfortable leaving my pup in his care. I would definitely re-book with Ruben. Unfortunately there was a bit of a miscommunication/misunderstanding with booking requests. I had intended Ruben to help out on two separate occasions and he had said he was available to help with both dogsitting dates. It turns out he was unavailable for the second date and that was not clear to me until the end of his first stay with Tonka. It put me in a very tough position to find someone else with such short notice. Five out of five stars for the dog care, but minus one for initially indicating availability and not communicating lack of availability with me sooner when it became apparent he could no longer commit to the second dogsitting gig.
