I’ve worked at a high end dog boarding, daycare, grooming, and training facility where I became certified in dog behavior, handling, first aid, and Fear Free practices. I’ve cared for pets of all ages, breeds, and temperaments, from high energy pups to senior pets needing extra TLC. I also have house/pet sit internationally through Trusted House Sitters and regularly care for pets of family and friends. I’m calm, patient, and absolutely love giving each pet the one-on-one attention they deserve, whether that’s long walks, training reinforcement, long runs with my triathlete partner (working breeds/high energy pups), or just quality cuddle time. I’m comfortable with small and extra large dogs, cats, senior pets, puppies, and even reptiles. You can expect exceptional communication with updates and high quality pictures from me. Whether you need someone to stop in for a quick potty break or stay overnight while you're away, I’ll treat your pets (children) like family. I work part-time in the evenings on Thursday’s, Friday's, and Saturday's so I have plenty of time and energy for your pet(s)! I adore being around dogs, cats, and reptiles. I'd love nothing more than to spend quality time with them and make sure all their needs are met so they can be the happiest/healthiest version of themselves.

Safety, trust & environment
I follow instructions to the smallest details and will ask any clarifying questions as needed. House security and safety is very important for me and I always double check that all locks and gates are secured. Nobody likes to come back to a dirty home and I make the extra effort to make sure everything is thoroughly clean and all belongings are respected. For emergencies, you will always be notified first. Then, the agreed emergency plan is followed.
A typical day
Enrichment is super important every day! Depending on the individual dog and the breed more intense or longer enrichment activities. Long walks around the neighborhood, a park, or the beach. Water fun, pool or hose. Scent work inside or outside finding treats or kibble. Frozen lick mats or puzzle games. Play with toys including fetch or tug of war. Long board ride or bike ride depending on individual dog. So many cuddles, neck scratches, belly rubs, and massages. Brushing and quiet bonding time.
