Living in my home as one of the family and getting as much attention and exercise as they want.Taking them out and exploring the local area during the day and also relaxing in front of the woodburner in the evening during the winter months. We really do enjoy having your dogs staying with us and will make sure that they enjoy their holidays with us as well .

Let me know if there are any specific needs or preferences that your dog has whether he is young or old I am happy to cater for them . I particularly like older dogs as they are great characters and I have ramps that I can use for them if needed.
A typical day
We are surrounded by quiet roads and lots of tracks and footpaths to suit whatever is most suitable for your dog. I also have an orchard attached to my house if they prefer not to mix with other dogs.

Pet care experience
We have been looking after dogs for several years with Rover since loosing our own dog and really enjoy seing such a wide variety of dogs. It's great to have new dogs come and also to see our regulars back again. They have all been friendly and interesting and it has been lovely getting to know them all. We allways try to make their stay with us special so that they can have a good holiday as well. I take them around to different areas locally so that they can explore and enjoy themselves. I live in the Golden Valley with plenty of walks and interesting places to go. I have a large enclosed garden and also an orchard that they can go in and they soon settle in and enjoy their stay with us.

Once again Chipper has had a great time with Roy and Mandy, enjoying lovely walks as well as chilling out with them in their home. He can't wait to say hello to them when we arrive, showing how much he loves being there. I have total peace of mind while I'm away as Roy sends photos and messages, and they are so flexible with drop off and pick up times. Chipper will soon be back with them as I had already booked for him to go again in late June.

We couldn’t recommend Roy highly enough. Hetty absolutely loves staying with him and is always so happy and well looked after in his home. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s in safe and caring hands while we’re away. He keeps us updated throughout her stay with lovely photos and messages, which we really appreciate. Hetty gets plenty of walks, outings and attention, and it’s clear she’s treated like part of the family. We always come home to a happy, relaxed dog!
As always Roy did an excellent job looking after Albie. Albie is always happy to stay and we can see how well he settles into boarding. Highly recommended dog minder. Thanks again.
