Hi! I’m Roxy. I am a journalist, home full-time, with a very flexible schedule. I have a passion for taking care of pets! And tons of repeat clients. :) I have had 5 doses of the COVID vaccine. Growing up, I had in-home, daily experience with five different dogs: 1. an energetic yellow lab; 2. a nervous Maltese; 3. a slow, sweet bichon frise; 4. a high-strung Australian shepherd; and 5. a cuddly chiweenie.... many different sizes and personalities! I currently own 2 dogs: 1. Max, a 10-pound long haired chihuahua mix. He was a former Rover client whose owner had to re-home him. He has experience with every kind of dog and is the kindest dog I’ve ever met. He is a pack dog for sure and loves to share our home. 2. Bernie - another chihuahua mix from AAC. He is more of your classic chihuahua personality … a little barky at first but he loves to play, then very quickly needs a nap. :) He sleeps in his crate. A very sweet happy boy. I also have a flame point Himalayan cat named Princeton, aka Prince. He is a sweet cat who is very used to company and mostly keeps to himself. I love to take long walks, or just snuggle with your pet, or somewhere in between—depending on what he or she needs.
