Whether it’s in Chicago, bustling NYC or back home in Louisville, KY, I’ve taken care of and gotten to know intimately a great many types of dog breeds. It’s always such a pleasure meeting a new pup with his or her own unique temperament. I’ve worked with more senior dogs in recent years as well and have adopted a greater sense of patience, appreciation and love for dogs in their retirement era, so to speak.

Roxanne has been walking my pup Pippy for almost 2 years - they are so kind and conscientious about some of Pippy's quirks (she's very selective with other dogs) and there have never been any issues. I have full trust with trusting access to my apartment when I'm traveling and need pup-sitting for a night or two. I couldn't recommend Roxanne more.
I’ve worked with Roxanne for years now to care for my furry friends and I can’t speak highly enough of her service. Living in a city that experiences extreme heat and cold, she has always made sure my dogs are happy, exercised and safe. It has been an absolute relief knowing she has been there to take care of my dogs when I cannot.
Roxanne is great! She walked our French Bulldog for 3+ years before we moved out of the area and we had a wonderful experience with her. She was always prompt, kind, listened to all our crazy instructions (Frenchie parents know) and our dog absolutely loves her. She also pet-sit in our home several times and was perfect. Took excellent care of our dog, kept us updated and was incredibly respectful. We would strongly recommend her to walk/dog sit for anyone!
I’ve entrusted Roxanne with my pet care needs for years now and I must say that she is second to none. She is my go-to person whenever I’m planning a trip and require attentive, compassionate care for my cats while I’m away. Both kitties take medication and have special diets — needs that are met flawlessly each and every time. She has a natural understanding of all manners of temperament and will treat your pets as if they were her own. Her overnight accommodations and direct communication are always top notch as well. Highly recommend.

Schedule
I work full-time on weekdays but as a dog walker, so it’s a seamless transition to go from my day job to the next visit.

I understand that what any pet needs at the end of the day is attention, and I make sure to give them that and more. Restless? I love to chase an energetic dog around with her favorite toy and as an ex-cross country runner, I can handle a nice workout! I practice meditation as well, and I get just how important it is that your pet reads your positive and welcoming energy.
