You deserve a relaxing vacation and to ease your mind while at work knowing that your hound will be relaxed and well cared for in this Valhalla. Would you like to start with a Meet & Greet to be sure it's a good match for everyone? We’d love that… unless you feel your fur family will be comfortable and confident without one, we have a questionnaire that covers everything and can be available on short notice too. Daily, your darlings will get the opportunity for lots of play, walks, freedom to roam in our home, quick access to the grass and love however they like it. The main goal is to keep your hound family SAFE, CALM and HEAVENLY RELAXED. If your dog enjoys other dogs and little daily adventures then this is the perfect place to stay. If your pup is a senior with health concerns, we will err on the side of your suggestion when it comes to activity. Whether your pet family is furry, feathered, gilled or scaled they will be treated with tenderness and love. Willing to accommodate a detailed care plan, WITH HEART. Operator of Dogs of Valhalla, Roxanne’s pups Luna and Nikita are greatly missed and it will always be her belief that pets in the house make it a home. These precious dogs of yours are the anchor to our heart strings at this home, as you may see in this profile. Guests here at Valhalla vary in breed, size and have generally been of the furry kind, but, we love all animals. Nitty Gritty: There are often a few other dogs visiting here in Valhalla. For that reason we DONT feel that aggressive dogs are a good match for this space. We understand that every pup has had their experiences and some won't be forgotten easily - we still love them, of course. We want and need it to be a safe environment here with confidence, we call it Valhalla after all. Perhaps, finding a House Sitter or a sitter that accepts one pup at a time would be a better alternative. DAYLIGHT and OVERNIGHT feel free to get in touch.

This was our first stay with Roxanne and it went perfect! She was very friendly and responsive before, during and after Stevie’s visit - sending us photos and providing updates during her overnight stay. We would recommend and will be having our pup stay here again!

Schedule
Schedule: committed to full time care of dogs at our home. We used to have other careers, but, dogs became our number one priority and this is easily our favourite career to date.

Safety, trust & environment
Environment: This yard is fenced and there are crates/houses available for convenience if you have trained your pup to use one when we grocery shop or overnight. A typical day
Activities during stays here at Valhalla are geared towards pet preferences, the most popular being daily adventures, mountain trips and lots of affection - dogging around playing fetch is our favourite. Independent social play, wrestling, sun/shade bathing in the yard is always nice for them too - Pups are busy and we love that about them. AND… We want the humans to be cared for too, when you drop off or pick up your furry - stay and chat a while if you like a slow checkout.
