I've been surrounded by animals my whole life—starting with my mom's pug when I was born, to my first pet turtles, now in their 30s! Over the years, I've cared for a variety of pets, including birds, hamsters, fish, and even a hedgehog in college. My Labrador lived a long, happy 17 years, and I currently have a miniature schnauzer I trained myself. I also have experience with senior pet care, making me a trusted go-to for friends and colleagues who often rely on me to watch their pets when needed. Caring for animals isn't just a responsibility; it's my passion!

Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. In my home, I provide a secure, fenced yard where your pup can safely explore, play, or simply relax in the sun. I have two friendly, well-trained dogs who can offer great companionship for social pups, or I can ensure a peaceful, quiet space for pets who prefer a calmer environment. I keep a close eye on all interactions and tailor the experience to your pet’s personality and needs. In a client’s home, I follow their specific care instructions closely, maintaining their pet’s routine for consistency and comfort. From feeding and walking to playtime and cuddles, I strive to make every pet feel safe, happy, and loved in my care.

Roxanne has dog sat for me several times and on a few occasions it was for an extended period of time. Having three dogs and one elderly dog it was really reassuring that Roxanne was so good with them. All of my dogs are rescue dogs and they have their own peculiarities, two with trust issues. Roxanne was able to make my dogs feel at ease and unlock belly rubs (which is not easy for one of them). She would play dog music for them to keep them calm, walk, feed, clean and love them. I know she treats them like her own and she definitely gives me photo/text updates on how they’re doing without my asking. I really appreciate Roxanne as a dog sitter because I don’t have to worry at all.
I highly recommend Roxanne! She looked after my cat Riri for three weeks while I was away, and I could tell Riri was in great hands. She kept in touch with quick responses and regularly sent photos and videos of Riri to keep me updated. Roxanne is responsible, caring, and treats pets like her own.
While I was called away on business for a few nights Roxanne cared for my three dogs and most of all, me. Having one deaf dog and another slightly special-needs leaves me uneasy when needing to leave them with new people. Roxanne quelled my nerves by keeping me updated with pics and vids of my three enjoying walks, playtime, and relaxing moments together. She was even able to coach better manners out of them during feeding time. Upon my return, it was obvious my dogs bonded with Roxanne and considered her part of their pack. I hope Roxanne is available the next time and every time I am called away from home.

I work remotely, which gives me the flexibility to provide consistent attention and care throughout the day. Whether it’s ensuring a senior pet gets their medications on time, engaging an energetic puppy with fun activities, or simply offering companionship, I integrate pet care seamlessly into my life. It's second nature to me, and I truly enjoy the joy and connection it brings.
