I have grown up around dogs my entire life and now have two cats of my own. My family consistently had dogs for the first 25 years of my life whom I assisted with. My experience escalated when I volunteered at my local animal shelter where I walked the dogs and assisted with feeding. I have experience with puppies all the way to geriatric dogs, including overnights. I have a degree in pre-vet medicine as well as experience administering insulin to cats.

I live in a city apartment and do not have the ability to house animals in my apartment. I have done overnight stays at clients apartments and feel very comfortable doing drop in visits and staying in clients apartments.

Rox was available last minute to walk Lily twice for me over the weekend. She was very communicative and reliable! Lily had a great time :)

To Whom it May Concern, I recently had an Airedale who was extremely dear to me and was in his senior years. I had always relied on family or friends to watch my dogs not wanting to put them in a caged area. We had booked a vacation to South Africa and I needed to find someone that could not only watch my dog but also walk, feed and entertain him, which meant living at my house for 3 weeks. It's not easy to find someone that you can trust and have complete faith in that your "Best Buddy" will be taken care of properly. I happened to be extremely lucky as a friend of mine mentioned to me that her daughter absolutely loves dogs and would definitely do the job. I can honestly say I couldn't have had a better person watch my dog Higgins. He took to her instantly and they developed such a bond,playing,feeding,walking and taking care of him. Roxie even sent me photos to my phone to assure me he was fine and happy. Recently I had to put my dog down after 14 great years with him leaving a hole in my heart forever. When Roxie found out the news of Higgins she actually cried....yes there was a real bond between them. Roxandra has watched my dog, Peach (basenji/18 lbs) on multiple occasions, sometimes for days at a time when i am away for work, and i highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter/walker! Roxandra has pets of her own that she adores and cares for with great dedication. I feel totally at ease leaving Peach in her care knowing she is getting the same level of love and attention she would give to her own fur baby. Peach is always so excited to see Roxandra and comes back to me happy every time.
