Roxana has been my main sitter for more than a year. My oldest cat has separation anxiety for a couple of days, but eventually comes around. My youngest cat is too carefree to worry about me and enjoys Roxana's presence. It was a good visit.

Roxana has replaced my longtime sitter of two years, and it will take an adjustment, but she was patient even when my cats were skittish. My oldest has slight separation anxiety and disappears to search for me until I return. Roxana understood and offered suggestions. There is a learning curve to my system so we had to work through some issues. It will take some time for pets to adjust.

She was amazing and super responsive. Super sweet with my timid cat I absolutely would go to her again!

Highly recommend her! Roxana was super nice and took care of my cats while I was gone for a week. She always let me know when she got there and took lots of pictures of my babies for me. She even came to meet them before I left and gave them lots of love. It was a super last-minute trip and she was able to accommodate for me. Will definitely book her again in the future!
I really wish I could leave zero stars. We did everything right; i.e. interviewing ahead of time, she worked at a vet office, she came over and met the animals. Everything was agreed upon before we left for my dad's funeral which was 450 miles south. She was suppose to stay at the house. I have a 6 month old puppy that was the biggest concern. She stated she only worked 5-10mins from my house, and she would be able to spend the majority of her lunch home. Then she stated she leaves work no later than 530. All this would mean he would have plenty of outside of the crate time. Day one: at the house for 15 mins in the morning, leaves for work, ok maybe she was running late or something, lunch time: she is in and out the front door within 4 minutes....ok, maybe they shortened her lunch. 7pm, still no activity at the house. When she was contacted, she stated she was leaving work, and would be to my home in 15mins or so. 830, try to call her, no answer. 915pm she reaches the house. She then tries to send me an additional bill through Rover about 30 mins after this for the cats (already agreed upon, automatic feeder filled for 2 weeks of food, auto water dispener, she just needs to make sure they don't go outside when she let's the dog out) and the 2 cockatiels (already agreed upon, give some veggies and pellets in the AM, put to bed by covering the cages at night). So all together day one, my dog was in the crate for almost 22hrs, and she tried to add 50% onto the bill after I had already left the area. I asked if she could leave the spare key out in the key drop spot in case it happens again I could have someone else come and let my 6 month old puppy out, she said ok. My pup gets put to bed and back in the crate at like 1045p. She gets up and let's my pup out for 7 mins in the morning, does not feed him, and leaves. She texts me that he ate (camera shows otherwise) and tells me that she does not know if she can come home for lunch or after work. (Which was the entire point of paying her and having her stay at the house). I state I can have someone try to come by to let him out until she is able to make it, she then states she will not be returning to the house if someone else steps foot in the house. I politely ask her to leave her key. The entire time I was very kind, and polite. I was 450 miles away attempting to attend my dad's unexpected funeral. I gave chance after chance, and was still trying to work with her. My puppy was locked in his crate for all but 1 hr and 45 minutes in a day and a half, and feed once. She then tells me Rover won't let her bill for the additional fees, and we will have to work it out amongst ourselves. Ignoring the fact that the week long agreement had been termed 24 hours into it with no one else to come and take care of them. I politely stated the service received was no where near the service rendered, and my animals were put at risk, and that I would not be paying anything additional. She then tried to report me to Rover for unsafe conditions. I live in a very nice neighborhood, in a very nice house. I had one camera in the kitchen, and one at the front door (doorbell), and I only put those up before we left for extra reassurance for myself. I cannot imagine the care that would have been received if I did not know when she came and left. Buyer beware on this one. My fur babies are very special to me. This was suppose to be the least of my worries during this time, and it turned out to be the biggest stressor. I did find someone last second to come swoop up my puppy, but I did almost have to leave and drive home the 8.5 hours, and miss my dad's funeral.

Roxanna took great car of my dog and sent me updates the whole time!
