A dog lover to love your dogs!
I’m highly capable of caring for any dog all the way from miniature to extra large sized. I’m attentive to any and all of your pup's needs. I have personally worked with dogs from the size of a Toy Poodle all the way to a large Bernedoodle. I understand the different needs that come with both smaller and larger dogs and I am able to handle both. I also have experience with handling senior dogs, social dogs, laid back dogs, and dogs that don’t do well with others. I have been dog-sitting for three years now and can confidently say I have the experience needed to provide loving and careful care for any client's pet. I aim to learn as much about my client's pets as I can before taking on a job to ensure I have all the knowledge I need to take the best care of any pups under my supervision.

Roua was fabulous & deserves 100 stars!! My XL breed Landseer Newfoundland had a major acl/tplo surgery & she took on this all day job 3 days post op. Not only did she take on a vet tech role for Aspen, I had plenty of updates, pictures, and she let me know Aspen was doing well- very detailed. Roua is amazing, great personality, my dog loved her, and she just tackled a job many would run from. If you need any care for your pet especially for post surgery care, don’t pass this sweet girl up! I will be booking again soon. 🐾🐾
Roua is an amazing house/dog sitter!! She is very friendly, has a great personality, is a great communicator, loving towards our dogs, and very responsible. We were so happy and our dogs loved her. Roua was absolutely fantastic with our crazy dog! We were nervous about leaving our high energy collie, but Roua went above and beyond. She never missed a walk, kept us updated with pictures, and left our home looking amazing. We have never felt better about going out of town, all thanks to Roua!

I’m a full-time nursing student. Pet sitting has been the perfect job for me as it is flexible in the days I can be available and the days I can’t be. I have about 5 years of house/pet sitting experience and first began off of rover but then moved onto the app about 3 years ago. I have preferred dog sitting over a standard job not only because my schedule fits best with it as a student, but because I can do something I truly love doing. Pet sitting allows me to spend my time around animals and care for them which is something I am very passionate about. I find it extremely rewarding to be able to provide a safe and loving environment for my client's pets.

I have treated every single dog I have had the pleasure of dog sitting as my own. If a need is brought to my attention I am quick at resolving it and I always ensure they have everything they need to be comfortable. I make sure that I understand the dog's behavior and personality in order to provide the best experience for them. I pay attention to the dog's individual needs, such as diet and exercise, and I always make sure to keep the dog's daily schedule as close to their normal routine as possible. I make sure to provide plenty of love and affection, so that the dog feels safe and secure even in the absence of their parents. I provide plenty of playtime and affection throughout the day. Lastly, I always check in with the dog's owners to make sure that I am meeting their expectations. This helps to ensure that the dog is comfortable and content in their environment and that the dog is getting the individual attention and care that they need. Knowing the dog's personality and preferences also allows me to tailor their experience to make sure that they are having the best time possible.
A typical day
If the dog is social and the owner permits it, I love taking them to dog parks to have some time to meet new friends and enjoy playing with other dogs. For walks, I like to take the dogs to any park or open trail near their home to have a nice walk. If no park is near the home at which the dog lives, I will usually take them around the neighborhood. I have worked with senior dogs and understand that their energy levels have decreased, so I will usually stick to shorter strolls for senior dogs so they can still get some fresh air, but not overwork themselves. As for indoor activities, I enjoy providing dogs with treat puzzles so they can get some mental exercise in for the day.
