I have a cat of my own for 3 1/2 years now, and I love him so much he is the cutest thing :) My cat is disabled (missing a leg), so I have experience tending to injured or disabled animals. I am generally very animal inclined; I study Biology and a large part of that is animal physiology, so I believe I am well equipped to handle caring for animals. I have cat-sat for clients, friends, and family in the past, done some dog walking as well, and genuinely enjoy connecting with animals.

Rossie is a very thoughtful pet caregiver, she often takes care of my cat when I’m on trips and I never feel worried about my cat’s well being when he is in her care. As a pet owner herself, Rossie is well aware of all the needs of an animal and she often sends me updates and lets me know how my cat was that day. She is very responsible and sweet, the perfect person to take care of a pet.

Schedule
I am currently a student at Goethe Uni, but am taking fewer classes this semester. For this reason I have a very flexible schedule and am available for last minute bookings as well.

I have a medium to large fully fenced yard with a patio perfect for dogs or cats to run and play. Our basement is fully furnished with cat beds, feeding station, litter box, and cat toys. It’s a spacious area and generally cooler than the rest of our house as it is underground with small windows close to the ceiling to let in air. Our residence is a 5 minute walk away from the Taunus forest, which is full of people jogging and walking their pets. As for caring for pets at a clients home, I trust they have everything needed for the pet, and I will follow their established routines as closely as possible - feeding times, walk, play, rest - so the pet barely notices a change. I take time to learn each pet’s personality and quirks, never force an interaction, and always keep the owner updated with the photos and messages. I also make sure to have emergency contacts and vet information ready before the sit begins.
