Ross house sat for us and took exceptional care of Snow while we were away. Snow is usually very nervous around anyone outside the family, but Ross approached her with such calmness and patience, giving her the space she needed to feel comfortable at her own pace. This was our first time leaving Snow with someone other than family, so we were understandably a little anxious but Ross completely put our minds at ease. By the time we returned home, it was clear they had formed a lovely bond, and Snow was happy and relaxed. Ross took her on regular walks, kept us consistently updated throughout the day, and shared some wonderful photos and videos that really reassured us. We truly felt like Snow was in the safest, most caring hands. He even went above and beyond by collecting our mail, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you so much, Ross, for your kindness, patience, and the genuine care you showed Snow.
We went away for a long weekend to Berlin and were able to relax knowing we had left Juno in good hands. Ross sent us regular photos and videos so we could see that Juno was enjoying herself. When we got home our house was very clean and tidy. In fact, the cutlery drawer was much tidier than we left it, so thank you, Ross.
Ross has looked after our cat Big G several times now. He always keeps us updated with great photos and is responsive if ever we have any questions. He even completely saved me when I was having trouble accessing my phone whilst on holiday and helped me regain access through our home laptop. He always leaves our flat in spectacular shape and most importantly, Big G is happy healthy and in fact doesn’t even seem bothered when we’re gone because he has such a great time with uncle Ross. Highly recommend!!

Juno was very happy to see Ross again when he arrived. He was punctual as always and we could leave Juno knowing she was in a safe pair of hands. He gave me up dates and photos on how she was while I was away and I didn’t need to worry about her at all. Thank you for caring for her so well.

Schedule
I’m currently taking a break from work doing Part Time Production work and Pet Care am home a majority of the time, But do head out for walks for exercise and fresh air. I can Drop-In, Walk and Sit for your Cats and Dogs.
