I already love your dog.
Hi, I have cared for many homes, plants, dogs and cats. I am careful with locks and leashes and try to leave everything nicer than how I found it. I am trustworthy. I use “good dog” as a reward method to subtley get dogs to behave. I follow directions well. I have boarded dogs in my home while owners were away. I have watched dogs in their own houses and slept over with them. I have walked other’s dogs, sometimes several at a time. I am living the dream of hosting a doggie daycare so I am very excited to meet your pup or pups. I have lived on Capitol Hill for 43 years, sometimes am an artist and art instructor and have always loved all animals. Most importantly, we have a secure fenced back yard patio that is like a dog park for smaller dogs, with shaded area & water, indoor & outdoor toys, washable puppy pads if needed, blankets for couch or floor. Your pup will be cozy with space to play. We have a few crates on hand for time outs, sleeping and/or eating as necessary. Should you scroll through, I have an impossibly libelous first review, but Rover won’t remove it even tho there is ample evidence it is fake unless I l sue. I refuse to be bullied off this site/app because I love animals and most of you are super cool. At least its a funny story tho, right? I have plenty of time to care for your pet. If I am booked for a job outside the home my mom is always handy for the assist. Thanks, mom! It feels so rare to find someone on this app that genuinely has the animals wellness and comfort as their top priority. After so many bad experiences it was a relief to know my dog was in good hands while I was away. I had to find a sitter last minute for work and Rosina was extremely flexible and communicative. If I could do a rating worth more than 5 stars I would. Even if you do not live in DC I highly recommend going the distance to ensure your furry friend is in a beautiful loving home. Will 100% be rebooking whenever I'm in the area. <3
Rosina is super patient with my extremely shy rescue Chihuahua. I have used her services several times and feel at ease when I leave my pup in her care. I highly recommend her.

I booked Rosina last minute and I was so happy with the result!! She kept me updated with Lila’s day and I could tell she had an amazing day with Rosina. I have never seen Lila be so fast to warm up to someone, especially a stranger. Upon pick up, Lila had to be coaxed to come home with me. She wanted to spend even more time at Rosina’s place, which was also a first time occurrence for us!! We could not have wished for a better experience.

Harmonogram
Caring for pets is my full time job. I board and walk dogs as well as occasionally caring for cats or any other beings that need care. I watched a lizard one registered as a pit bull. Good times!

There are dog parks nearby, a dog friendly coffee shop called Wine & Butter and Capitol Hill is a great place to walk dogs. Lots of sweet pups to meet.
