Let’s RUN! Or take it slow :)
I have grown up with dogs my whole life, so I'm comfortable taking care of all dogs of any size or breed. I currently have a pocket-Pitt (Lilly) that is the light of my life. We routinely go for runs around the neighborhood as well as runs all over the Oakland hills. If that's not your pup's style that's totally fine! I also don't mind taking it slow. My services: Housesitting: I can assure you that your dog will get all the time and attention and snuggles they deserve in order to comfort them while you're out of town. I will stay overnight at your house (unless otherwise noted). Includes: 2 walks per day, 2 feeds per day. ****Housesitting rate is per night. Please be back by 5pm on the last day of our stay or I will ask to be compensated for another night. Dog walking: 30 min walk (or run if requested) around your neighborhood. Will take your dog up to fire trails for longer run if compensated for driving time. Drop-in Visits: 30 min check-in in your house (potty break, 1 feed, etc.). Will walk your dog during this 30 minute window if requested.

Rosie did great with my dog, who is an anxious pit bull mix and needs time and space to warm up to people. After only two days, she was already snuggling up to Rosie. We only just moved two months ago and had to leave our regular dogsitter, so I was a bit nervous about this trip, but everything went well!
Our cat Charles always loves his visits from Rosie and was happy for the company! Rosie is an awesome sitter!
Once again Rosie took great care of our pets and left our place clean! She also took our dog for runs which we greatly appreciated!
Rosie was an amazing housesitter! Our dog can be very slow to warm up to people but by the end of the week he was giving her kisses at the end of their runs. And she left our place just as we’d left it. We could not have asked for someone better to take care of our pets for the week.
Rosie was communicative and thoughtful. She was able to pivot to our dog’s care needs at the last minute due to an unforeseen injury that occurred prior to her services. We really appreciated her availability and that she provided overnight services!
Rosie was an amazing housesitter! She took wonderful care of our 3 chickens and our golden retriever. I asked for a photo each evening for my peace of mind and Rosie sent us a photo each evening when she locked up the hens for the night. It was so helpful to know that she was at our house with our dog and our ladies. They all mean so much to us! We were lucky to find Rosie. She left the house clean and tidy and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a housesitter!

I am currently working part time with a very flexible schedule. Love going on walks/ runs during the week or popping over for a drop in!
