Hi! My name is Rosie and I'm 30. I work at a the deputy CEO of a charity and live in the Jewellery Quarter. My family had a cat and dog throughout my entire childhood and adolescence, as well as a range of other pets, and I was often pet and house sitting for local families. I'm a huge animal lover and have experience of looking after a number of animals including dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs etc. The past few years I have been a cat sitter for friends locally and a number of people on Cat in a Flat, as well as dog sitting for friends and colleagues. I can understand how difficult it can be leaving your furry friends when going away, so rest assured they would be well looked after in my care. I can also offer other small duties such as collecting post, watering plants, taking bins out etc. If you have other pets that may need taking care of this may be possible upon discussion and extra cost :)

Rosie is absolutely lovely and friendly. She was always punctual for every visit, and our cats adored her (they even gave her a little grooming session, haha!). She was very tidy, attentive to detail and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any pet parent. Thank you so much Rosie x
I was initially anxious about my cat spending the weekend with someone else, but Rosie and my cat immediately hit it off!! Rosie was clearly emotionally intelligent with my cat, easy to reach out to, and sent me daily pictures. Rosie is definitely someone I'm happy to continue to use to house-sit when I'm away.
Rosie has cat sat for us many times and is always super reliable and professional, and sends us lovely photos and updates of our cat for reassurance!
Rosie was brilliant! I wasn't worried about my cat at all. She sent regular updates, was very accommodating, and even took the trash out before she left. I will definitely book her again
Booked again Jan 2026- Rosie went out of her way to help me out last minute. Will send lots of photos of your pets and is very accommodating on preferred times. Came home to a very content cat and I can feel relaxed going away knowing that he is being taken good care of. Would recommend!:-)
Rosie is reliable and caring, and gave regular updates throughout. She was also very good at giving medication, which gave me real peace of mind. I’d happily recommend and book again!
