Rosie cared for our little rescue dog Willow for three weeks which was the longest time that we have ever left a pet in someone else's care. Due to lots of careful planning everything went beautifully whilst we were away and we felt reassured throughout that Willow was in excellent hands. Rosie really listened to all of our requests, concerns and worries and was very reassuring and appropriate throughout our time away. Despite knowing that we would be "off grid" for large chunks of our trip, this did not prevent Rosie from providing us with regular updates, photos and videos, all of which were so gratefully received and hugely reassuring for us when we reached areas of civilisation. As always, Rosie has provided Willow with endless opportunities for socialisation, comfort and exercise and has gone above and beyond in her care of Willow. It was truly beautiful to witness the lovely bond that Willow had formed with Rosie, whom she clearly viewed as a safe person, when Rosie very kindly dropped Willow off after we had arrived home, jaded and jet lagged. I cannot recommend Rosie highly enough - she is calm, caring and professional and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. Her love of animals and her calm and knowledgeable approach to their little quirks and behaviours shone through. I feel very lucky to have found Rosie and her lovely partner Clayton for Willow and have already booked in Willows next stay! Thank you so much Rosie! Five star!

Rosie and I had already completed two walks with Willow and Rosie's dogs prior to the overnight stay so that was wonderful! Rosie provided regular updates for us on Willow's well being and sent photos too which was so appreciated. Clayton, Rosie's partner joined our second walk and like Rosie, had a very calm and pleasant demeanour. To see how comfortable Willow was today in Rosie's care was heartwarming 🥰🥰 Rosie has gone above and beyond and we are already so impressed with her! She is calm, responsive and extremely helpful. Willow seemed to adore her! We are going away for 3 weeks in mid June and already feel confident that our beloved Willow will be very well cared for in Rosie and Clayton's care!
