Roshonda provided excellent boarding service for my dog over a two night stay. She took time do a meet and greet and quickly familiarized herself with my dog. She communicated with me throughout the stay, providing pics and little clips of my dog enjoying his stay. She truly handled my dog with excellent care and charm. Will definitely be reaching out to Roshonda when I have future boarding needs for my dog. Thannk you Roshonda.

🩷🎉I had an amazing experience with her this weekend! She took excellent care of my dog and kept me constantly updated with videos and photos, which made me feel so comfortable and at ease while I was away. My dog looked happy, well cared for, and clearly received a lot of love and attention. I also love that there are kids in the home it made me happy knowing my pup had company and could have some fun too. 🩷😍😌 On top of that, my dog even received a sweet goodbye gift , which was such a thoughtful touch.😱🩷😊🎉 I would absolutely trust her again and wouldn’t hesitate to leave my dog with her in the future. !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! I was very apprehensive about boarding my Zoe because she had never been boarded before, and I didn’t want her left alone in a traditional boarding hotel. I decided to try Rover and came across an amazing family who welcomed my pit, Zoe, with so much grace. From the moment I contacted Ms. Roshonda, she was professional, attentive, and reassuring. We arranged a meet‑and‑greet, which went extremely well. She took the time to go over every detail to ensure Zoe’s comfort, and she allowed Zoe free range through most of her home. She followed Zoe’s schedule and blended it with her own for potty breaks and outdoor activities. Throughout Zoe’s stay, Ms. Roshonda kept us updated with daily photos, videos, and summaries of how Zoe’s day went. She made my girl feel as comfortable as if she were at home with us, which allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without worry. To top it off, she even sent Zoe home with a gift bag full of goodies. Ms. Roshonda will definitely be my go‑to from now on whenever I need care for Zoe.

**MUST BE CRATE TRAINED** My work schedule is very flexible. Although I do work in an office located approximately 10 minutes from my home, I am able to come home throughout the day as needed. This allows me to provide consistent care, frequent check-ins, walks, feedings, and plenty of attention for your pet. Daycare Terms & Conditions Sara’s Safe Haven Pet Care LLC Daycare Hours: 🕗 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM By booking daycare services, pet parents agree to the following terms: 1. Daycare Hours & Drop-Off/Pick-Up • Daycare services are provided between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM only. • Drop-offs and pick-ups must occur within these hours. • Requests outside of these hours are not considered daycare and may require booking overnight boarding instead. 2. Late Pick-Up Policy • Pets not picked up by 7:00 PM will be considered an overnight boarding stay. • An overnight boarding fee will automatically apply and be charged accordingly. 3. Early Drop-Off Requests • Early drop-offs before 8:00 AM are not available unless explicitly approved in advance. • Approval is not guaranteed and may require an overnight booking the prior evening. 4. Consecutive Day Bookings • Multiple consecutive daycare bookings do not include overnight care. • If overnight care is needed between daycare days, boarding must be booked separately. 5. Arrival & Departure Expectations • Please communicate your estimated arrival and pick-up times in advance. • Delays or changes should be communicated as soon as possible through Rover messaging. 6. Safety & Care • All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, flea-free, and in good health. • Daycare is structured to provide supervised play, rest periods, potty breaks, and enrichment throughout the day. 7. Agreement Booking daycare services confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they’re comfortable and feel right at home from day one. I keep a calm, safe, and clean environment with plenty of playtime, walks, cuddles, and rest. I follow each pet’s normal routine — from feeding times to bedtime habits — to make the transition smooth and stress-free. When I’m in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions closely. I stick to the pet’s familiar routine, keep everything tidy, and provide frequent updates with photos or messages so owners always know how things are going. Whether I’m boarding or visiting, I care for every pet like family — with patience, attention, and genuine love. 🐾❤️ Just a quick reminder — for everyone’s safety and protection, all communication and payments must remain on Rover while we’re using the platform. This keeps us both fully covered under Rover’s policies. I also want you to know that my pet-care business is fully insured, so your pup is always in safe, professional hands. 🐾 And while Rover requires us to stay on the app for bookings here, I do offer services outside the app as well, which we can discuss after our meet & greet or once we’re connected. Every pet deserves to have a good time while their owner’s away! I love keeping dogs active and engaged — from neighborhood walks and park strolls to backyard playtime and games like fetch or tug-of-war. For pups who enjoy mental stimulation, I add in treat puzzles or simple training games. If the weather’s nice, we’ll enjoy some sunshine and fresh air; if it’s rainy, we’ll stay cozy inside with cuddles, toys, or even a little music. My goal is to make every pet’s time with me feel like their own mini vacation — full of fun, comfort, and tail wags! 🐶✨
