Structured, clean, dependable, sensitive, and trustworthy. Very particular about dog choices: dogs should be clean, healthy, up to date on shots/records, and child friendly. Owners should provide food and treats. Can give references from friends and colleagues to prove quality of dog-care. Need advance notice and safe living environment for dog visits, walking, and house sitting. Have experience in grooming dogs. Dog owners should provide cleaning and grooming supplies as well as leash, harness, and dog muzzle ( if the dog needs to be restrained for safety purposes). Need to provide a picture of the dog and home before committing to dog walking or home visit. Need to provide emergency contact numbers for at least two reliable family members or friends to contact if needed. Strict policies.

I have a fenced in yard where it is safe for dogs to play and walk. I make sure dogs stay on their leashes/ harnesses if I am walking them in public areas and areas with no fences.

Roshita was wonderful, reliable, kind and loving to my puppy. She did drop in visits several days a weeks for the first couple of months my (age 2-4 month) puppy was home. She sent photos, updates, and even trimmed the hair around puppies eyes. We would not have gotten through these first puppy months without her. Thank you Roshita!!
Bear instantly loved Roshita and her son. He had a great time and she sent phots the entire time. I don't live in Wise but when i come through town again for work will see if Roshita is available. Thanks for taking care of of Bear.
Roshita has a natural affection for animals. She was very caring and loving to our 11 year old mix. Roshita made sure to update us frequently with plenty of pictures. This made me feel comfortable being gone for 2 and 1/2 days I was gone. Will definitely be using her services in the future!
Roshita is wonderful! She’s a great communicator- providing updates, photos and feedback on a consistent, prompt basis. The fees charged are very reasonable for the personal attention Roshita provides. There was no hesitancy on our part to leave the dog in her care or in leaving a house key with her. The dog was content when we arrived back home. This is the first time we’ve used a pet sitter. We were very pleasantly surprised with the experience.
It is such a joy to write a few words on behalf of Mrs. Roshita, whom I have known for about 5 years. I have always admire her as a person of high integrity and professionalism, a person with a big heart, ready to offer encouragement and support when needed. Moreover, she has adorable pet companions, and seeing them together you are reminded of the best that life has to offer. The way she interacts with each of them and the love they share is truly special. Four months ago we adopted a very sweet border collie mix named Lucy. She brought so much happiness into our home! Nevertheless, as Lucy is our first puppy, we were concerned about how to properly care for her, especially when we were forced to leave town. Fortunately, Roshita was offering us the best support that someone could hope for. Without hesitation she gave us regular advise and she fully took care of Lucy when we were traveling. I cannot even begin to express the gratitude of having Roshita in our lives. She is Lucy’s second mommy, and a very dear friend. I warmly and most strongly recommend her for any services involving pet care and training, she is amazing!
Roshita is highly connected with the way dogs think, and she is able to understand them, correcting wrong behaviour by using positive reinforcement, and encouraging them to be happy and active, through play I definitely recommend Roshita as a dog sitter.

Schedule
I work full-time but am able to take breaks during which I can do dog walking or drop in visits. For house sitting, I can only do it in the evening and over night, and mostly during weekends.
