Pet care experience
I have been around dogs and animals my whole life. My friends, neighbors, and family relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and play with their pets. Taking care of your pets and spending time with them is very important to me. When I house sit for your pet I make sure to not only do the basics of letting them out to go potty, fill up their food dish and occasionally play with them, but to give them my neverending love and attention. I make sure to treat your furbabies as I would my own. They are family and with each individual dog I value getting to know their behaviors, their likes and dislikes, needs and wants. For me it goes deeper than just watching your pet while you're away. I want them to feel safe, comforted, and have the time of their life just as it was before you left for a bit. Animals are my lifeline. I love getting to meet and become friends with all breeds of animals. They always have a home in my heart. I am always constantly striving to learn more and educate myself and take classes to further my knowledge about Animal behavior. I will also be taking animal CPR classes as well as others that are needed in case of emergency. I also have experience with cats, horses, and rodents as well!

Rose is amazing! This was the first time I’ve been away from my furbabies for so long - 2 weeks! I was able to enjoy my trip knowing she was taking exceptional care of my home and Oliver and Buddy (dog and cat). She managed their unique needs and medications (Oliver’s anxiety and Buddy’s hyperthyroid). She kept in touch sending pictures and sharing their activities. I could tell when she described their behaviors they were happy and comfortable with her care. When Oliver was having some typical anxiety she offered to contact the vet and had on point suggestions such as providing clothing I had worn with my smell. Return flights were delayed which she happily accommodated. I highly highly recommend Rose and look forward to her help when needed in the future. 🌹
Rose did a drop-in visit with my two hedgehogs, Nebula & Penny. She was fantastic! She took the extra effort to visit before the drop-in to meet the hogs and learn about my expectations. Food and water dishes were both filled and she even cleaned up some poop. She also handled Penny (to continue her socialization) and sent me a photo. Her communication was great! Rose will be my first choice if I need a pet sitter in the future and I would highly recommend her.
Rose is a genuine animal lover. She was patient and calm when meeting my anxious older small dog. She spent a couple days with our pets at our house and she did a terrific job.
As always, Rose went above and beyond. Happy cat, happy house!

When we spend time inside, I make sure to brush, bathe and let them go outside when needed. I give them all the love that they could ask for, but playing tug of war in a small house is not recommended for big breeds! I learned the hard way! :)

Let me know about any special needs that can be accounted for. I do not have a preference on dog breeds or size. Whatever steps that I can take to ensure good care and health checks, I will make sure to thoroughly go through every need.
A typical day
I love to stimulate the dogs physically and mentally. We will go explore all new smells in my neighborhood and we can play so many games! I know a few trails in my area and even a nice dog park that I can take them to. Dogs with longer coats I can brush them out if need be and even provide fresh water and snacks!

Availability
I'm currently working Mon-Fri 5am to 2pm at a fulltime job in the morning but I'm available in the afternoon and on the weekends(This is scheduled to change since I am retail but I am always off at 2pm! I am quite flexible and will always make time for your pets!
