I’ve fostered abandoned pets since I was 13. I have spent most of my adult life learning how to train dogs (and even trained my cat to do a few tricks!) I have spent the last few years studying canine and feline nutrition and have done training on how to aid a pet in an emergency situation as well.

Rose is the quintessential fur parent! She will treat your baby like your own. She is very humble, kind and dedicated. My puppy instantly felt comfortable with her. She gives great updates, is flexible and accommodating.
Rose was awesome. She kept me updated throughout the week and was very flexible extending for my doggy!
Rose did a great job taking care of our cat. She did exactly what was needed and did it within the schedule we preferred. We would use Rose again for any future pet needs.

Schedule
I am an x-ray tech student. Pet care is my only job. My school/clinical schedule varies but I am home often enough to provide plenty of care and attention to my pets and yours! I am a homebody & love when my days are spent in their companionship. My weekends are free and open so I can provide daycare, drop ins, or walks anytime on those days. My pets and I have a routine schedule for potty breaks, meals, play, training, and rest. I am their main care giver and will be the one caring for your pets as well. Please note due to my varying school schedule, any drop offs/pick ups M-F will need to be after 5pm. I am typically available anytime on weekends for drop offs/pick ups.

My focus is your pets comfort! I have my own pets so I know how important their comfort is to you, especially when mom/dad is away! My house is decently spread out & half is sectioned off for pets that I host to have their own space. After your pet is settled, if body language is good & there’s a shared interest in meeting, I do allow supervised introductions/play. I am also more than able to keep your pet separate for the entirety of their stay if preferred. There is a room next to my office made up just for pets(pictures in profile). This is where furry guests sleep and stay if I am out of the house for any amount of time. I tend to rearrange it to fit the needs/comfort of your pup! I have a large yard for potty breaks &play. I also have a long line leash that allows much more roaming than a typical leash. My husband lives in the home as well and loves pets just as much as I do. He is supportive of me hosting pets in our home (maybe he thinks it will keep me from getting more!) He works full time outside the home so I will be the only person caring for your pet. I have a door to my office that leads to our porch which is completely enclosed. The dogs like to lay out there and sunbathe on a nice day!

A typical day
Pets are my first priority from the minute I am up(mine usually are the alarm clock!) 😆 They potty and have breakfast before I do! Once they are taken care of I will take care of what I need (food, school, errands, etc). When my things are done then they get my full attention again. It’d be my absolute pleasure to provide exceptional care for your furbaby!

- Please let me know anything that is important to you and your pup. Your pet will sleep in my pet room at night (and be in the pet room if I am out of the house) so if they have any separation anxiety, fear of storms, or generally are not okay being left unattended for any amount of time, this might be something to consider before booking. The longest I am typically out of the home is 6-8hrs for school. Thank you! 😊
