I have a fenced patio and a gated community with super friendly neighbors who love dogs as much as I do. My neighborhood has great sidewalks for potty breaks and fresh air. If your dog is not used to apartment living or prefers to run in a backyard, this is not going to be a fun house for them—sometimes the neighbor noises are scary and walking frequency is more exciting than productive.

Pet care experience
I have only gone one year without a dog—my freshman year of college. I have had all shapes and sizes of dogs, but I most recently had a Miniature Schnauzer named Lu, the best girl I could have ever loved. I can’t wait to meet your best friend! I love to go on walks and snuggle, but I’ll do whatever your pet likes, too. I am generally easy going, but I am not afraid to enforce your rules while I babysit.

Rose was fantastic! She took the best care of our skittish 12-year old chihuahua. I was concerned because our scheduled sitter got sick and had to cancel last-minute, and our little dog has a very anxious/nervous personality. But she immediately approached Rose (very unusual for her) and was instantly at ease and willing to let Rose pet her. Rose has a very friendly and calming presence (to animals and humans) and sent us regular updates of our dog cuddling on couches and on walks outside. I was completely at ease and so was our little Chewy-dog. We will absolutely book Rose again, and I’m so happy we came across her by chance!!!
