I am blessed to be able to say that pet care is a huge part of my everyday life. I get to wake up everyday to my own fur babies and work as a full time pet sitter / dog walker. So my days are constantly filled with sloppy kisses, wagging tails, big smiles, and happy wiggling booties! On top of my job, I also frequently volunteer at my local animal shelter to help clean up and give lovings to the animals! Sometimes I even get to take them out on day dates!

My first priority when being in another persons home with a new dog or cat is making sure that they feel comfortable. I am invading their space by going to their house, so I always make sure to not make them feel threatened in any way. I would start off by saying our hellos and giving them lots of lovings! Then I would make sure they have their basic needs like water, food, and take them out to go to the bathroom or clean the litter box. Then I would play with them or take them on a walk, whatever is requested. I always make an effort to show them lots of attention and love with belly rubs and kisses so they aren’t sad about missing you while you are gone! After walks and playtime, I would make sure they have plenty of cold water and give them a treat before locking up and heading out.

The most important thing to know ahead of time is how the pet is towards other animals and humans so I can take the correct precautions when interacting with them and letting them interact with others. More important information to get ahead of time is if they has any health issues or special needs so I can make sure to properly take care of them and/or pay closer attention. It’s also important to figure out where all the pets food, favorite toys, and leash are beforehand to be prepared. When it comes to cats, it’s important to find out their hiding places prior so I can easily find them as well as where they do and don’t like being pet!
A typical day
I love going on fun adventures and finding local parks or nature trails with the dogs if allowed by the owner. I always make sure to stop and give them some water or chill with them and give them some lovings sitting in the shade for a little bit if it looks like they need it.

Please read full bio and refer to my schedule below before submitting a request for a booking to ensure i will be a good fit for you and your pet, thank you very much! :) I am available Monday-Friday anytime before 9:30 AM and after 2/3PM. Refer to my calendar for weekends as my weekend availability varies! I always prefer having a meet and greet prior to our scheduled visit for all dogs for the safety of both your pets and myself :) I am so excited to become your fur babies new best friend!!!! I have had the pleasure of being a full time pet sitter and dog walker for the past 2 1/2 years and have over 9 years of part time pet care experience! Ever since I could start working I have been caring for my neighbors and families furry friends and have been around animals my whole life! I have cared for of a vast majority of breeds, ages, and sizes of dogs and cats. I have experience in pet sitting for animals who are paralyzed, blind, deaf, and in heat. I’ve also looked after multiple cats or dogs at the same time, as well as cats and dogs at the same time! So I am skilled at juggling multiple tasks at once and dividing up my attention evenly. I always like to say I was given two hands for a reason, double lovings!! On top of that, I work well and have loads of experience with dogs who are bigger and like to pull and/or are aggressive towards other dogs. I also work extremely well with overly anxious animals and make a strong effort to make sure all my fur babies feel fully comfortable, safe, loved, and cared for while with me! I love every animal like they are my own! I am super active as well, so I can provide any activity level you, or your pup, would like! I am looking to add a couple more reoccurring clients to my current every day regulars. I would still absolutely love to care for your pet if it isn’t reoccurring, but mainly in search of someone looking for an every day walker, or at least a couple times a week. I prefer having enough time with a pet to be able to form a strong bond with them and ensure they feel fully comfortable with me!

Rose is so easy to work with. Responsive and communicative. She was great walking my 2 year old rescue, who can be leash reactive on leash. Rose was patient and asked questions to reinforce the training we are doing. Highly recommend!

Rose was amazing! We just moved to East Falls and needed a last minute sitter for a family trip. She was so sweet and communicative throughout the whole visit! She sent great photos and I could tell our cat felt safe and cozy with her right away. We were so relieved to have our sweet cat in good hands! 10/10 would highly recommend and am so happy to have found a sitter in the area. Would definitely book again for future trips. Thank you Rose!
