I’m a professional dog trainer with over 20 years of experience, starting with police and agility work and now focusing on obedience, and behaviour modifications. Whether it’s training, walking, or boarding, i make sure every dog feels safe, understood, and part of our family. AMAZING!! We are so grateful we found Rosario. We adopted Juni just a month before our trip. While she is great with people she is not great around other dogs yet. Rosario is truly a dog whisperer and I felt reassured knowing Juni was in the hands of someone so knowledgeable about dog behavior and how to train them. If you’re looking for someone on Rover who truly gets dogs, Rosario is it. He’s honestly like a dog whisperer — patient, intuitive, and amazing at reading each dog’s personality. My Chihuahua is probably one of the best trained in the region thanks to his early guidance. Beyond his natural connection with animals, Rosario’s business background makes him a fantastic communicator — organized, reliable, and disciplined in everything he does. Any dog (and owner!) would be lucky to have him.
