Exceptional service, felt so comfortable on holiday knowing our cat was in such safe hands. Rosanna obviously cares so deeply for animals she made an instant connection with our cat who is very shy. She sent videos and pictures which really helped us feel that he was well looked after, we will be using Rosanna again and I’d happily recommend her!
Rosanna is great, she has a long experience with cats, but she also loves them and cared for my 18 years old boy with tenderness and real concern. Thank you Rosanna, I found Gioacchino as happy as if I had been there with him!
