Rosanna saved the day! At our Meet & Greet, it was instantly apparent that Rosanna is a highly capable and responsible cat-sitter, but what shined moreover is her loving and compassionate spirit. While we were out of town and Rosanna was pet-sitting for our cats, a well-meaning but incompetent friend checked on the cats and then called to tell us the cats were gone. Imagine our horror. We called Rosanna who immediately went to check out the situation and found the cats safely curled up in a clothes closet. Rosanna’s recognition of the potential danger to the cats, her instant action, and her call to reassure us all was well is so appreciated and an exemplary demonstration of her competence and compassion. Pet-sitting may be Rosanna’s job, but it is also her calling. We are so grateful for her!
Rosanna is fantastic. She is reliable and attentive to our kitties. She takes a lot of photos and sends updates regularly. This is the 2nd time we have worked with her and we are so happy we found her. Definitely recommend!
