Space to safely roam: big house, fenced garden
I had cats throughout my youth and was responsible for their care once I was in my teens. We currently have 1 dog and 2 cats, who all get loads of cuddles and attention, and your dog or cat would too...They'd be one of the gang! One big advantage to our setup is that we have a long house and a fully fenced garden, so there's lots of room for the animals to wander safely. We have various blankets and comfy couches that they can curl up on, and things to climb and plenty of spare boxes for the cats to hide and play. Another major advantage is that we both work from home, so we're here all day long. Your cat or dog would rarely be left alone, and if they need meds or specially timed feedings, we'd easily be able to accommodate that.

Fergie has not stayed in a home he doesn't know before so I was anxious about leaving him. Rosanna kindly shared pics of Fergie over the weekend and responded quickly to my wee updates about the things that might help him yo remain settled and happy in Rosanna and her family's home. Fergie was unphased by his change of living arrangements for the weekend, of course, and has come home his usual happy self! So grateful to Rosanna and her family for taking care of our very special boy 💙
We absolutely loved having Rossana look after Rocco! ❤️ We were really happy with how well she looked after him. Rocco had such a lovely time with her and her family. He enjoyed the garden, walks around the village, playing ball, and especially all the cuddles with her son! It was so lovely to receive photos and updates and see how happy and comfortable he was. Rossana was very kind, caring and thoughtful, and we felt completely reassured while we were away. Rocco was clearly very happy and well looked after — it was lovely to see how much he enjoyed being with her family. 🥰 We would definitely recommend Rossana and would happily leave Rocco with her again. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our boy! ❤️

Rosanna was fantastic with Ash, sent me pictures and updated me, was really easy to communicate with and I felt very at ease leaving Ash with her. I also had to modify the booking and add an extra day and she had no problems with it which was a massive help. I would definitely leave my dog with Rossana again. Thank you!

Schedule
My husband and I both work from home, so there's almost always someone here. Our dog (Jolene) and I go out for a daily 1-2 mile off-road walk, and we'd plan to bring your dog along unless you specify otherwise. The pets are free to wander in and out of the office (contained within the house) as they choose during the daytime and usually they choose to be in here with us while we work. And whenever they're looking for a cuddle, they simply hop up onto our laps!

Safety, trust & environment
In our home, we would treat your dog or cat as one of the gang - unless you specified otherwise. They'd eat when our pets do, go on walks with JoJo and I, and get plenty of love (at their own discretion). If you needed something different for your pet, we would of course defer to that. If we're stopping by your home to visit your pet, then we would establish expectations and routine before the first visit, and go from there.
