I am currently between jobs. As a result I am available all days of the week. I just ask for at least a day in advance for dog walks and at least a week for dog sitting and drop ins.

I live in an apartment with other people and pets. So I will not be able to take care of your pets at my residence. I will care for the animals and home with the upmost respect to the client and animals. I will care for the animals in the way that the client tells me how the animals are usually cared for when the client is at home.

Does your pet(s) have any aggressive issues?(food, strangers, leash, etc) How does your dog do on leash? Do they pull? Is your dog friendly to other dogs and people? Does your pet have any type of allergies or health issues that i should know about? What kind of temperament does your pet have?
A typical day
I love to make the pets feel like they are still cared for. If the dogs are abit active then I will play with them or take them on a walk. If they are a bit more on the lower energy then I will find another way of engaging them in a way they like. I do not know any place special for a walk but i might find one soon. :)

I recently moved to Silverdale, Washington. have an associate degree in humanities. I have worked at a dog daycare and I have had dogs for as long as I can remember. My first own pet was a Budgerigar when I was nine. I currently own a recent rescue dog. I have trained her myself. I have helped care for and even tried training the dogs that we have rescued over the years. I have dog sat for my brother in Denver, CO a couple of times. If you have a senior dog, or a dog that can't go on too strenuous of a hike, then I will take them on an easier walk. I also have a soft spot for shy dogs. Varda, my own dog, was extremely shy and timid. I have helped her become more trusting and loving. My goal is to make sure that your dog gets the exercise, and love while you are away, that they need and in some cases get the pent up energy let out. If your dog gets dirty on our walk I will give them a wash. If your dog has a skin issue or you would rather I didn't wash them then please let me know about your dogs bathing needs.

Rosamond was amazing with our 2 little dogies. We usually take our dogs with us everywhere, but this time around we could not. We entrusted Rosamond to watch them at our home during our 10 day trip to New York. Rosamond was detail oriented and punctual. She sent pictures and follow up's on how they were doing every day. Our dogs are semi-special needs as they are on a raw diet and have not been away from us for any major length of time. It took a few days, but they finally warmed up to her. Mostly do to her gentle nature. Rosamond excelled at providing for and taking great care of our pups. She was very observant and communicated potential problems about them thru out our trip. Rosamond is now our go to person for any of our future needs. We highly recommend her for your needs too!
Rosamond was kind, reliable and dependable. We were so grateful not to have to worry about our kitty while we were gone for the holiday. She was great with including pictures and updates about our cat. Thank you, Rosamond!
My daughter, Rosamond has a great knack for caring of animals. She has taken courses at the local junior college in the husbandry of equines. She also has a natural talent for training dogs without any fear. When I had to be away for any length of time, I could rely on her to either set up a good caregiver without me having to "shelter" our pets. She would be a great addition to your agency. There is no animal that she is afraid of. And believe me, she's a great find! But then I am biased.
