Calm & Loving Dog Care
We provide a calm, loving, and personalized environment for one household at a time. Our home is currently pet free, allowing each dog to enjoy our full attention in a peaceful, low stress setting. With two adults at home and a hybrid work schedule, there is usually someone around to provide companionship, supervision, affection, playtime, and frequent potty breaks throughout the day. Dogs have always been an important part of our lives, and caring for them is something we genuinely enjoy. Having cared for our own beloved dog through every stage of life, including senior care and medical needs, we understand the importance of patience, routine, comfort, and trust when a dog is away from their family. We have experience with different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and we take the time to help each dog settle in and feel at home. Whether they enjoy walks and playtime or simply relaxing and receiving affection, we adapt our care to what makes them most comfortable. Communication is also very important to us. We provide regular updates and photos throughout each stay so families can feel reassured while away. We also highly value meet and greets beforehand to make sure our home and care style are a good fit for everyone. We are happy to communicate in either English or Spanish.

Your dog wont be better cared for than with Rosalynn. She is very loving of all dogs and will show the same care to your dog as if it were hers. I have taken care of Rosalynn’s elderly dog and she went above and beyond to make sure my job was as easy as possible by providing detailed instructions of medicine and food schedules. Including prepackaged meal portions to make it even easier for me. This testimonial is in reverse, but imagine what care she will take of your dog when she’s doing the sitting if she made my job easier when I took care of hers.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. Our schedules give us plenty of flexibility to incorporate each dog's usual feeding times, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and rest into our day. We enjoy having dogs be part of our everyday routine, whether that means going for a walk, spending time together at home, playing, or simply relaxing nearby. We do our best to follow the routine they are used to at home while adjusting to their individual needs and energy level. Our goal is to keep their days comfortable, consistent, and familiar while they stay with us.

Safety and supervision are a priority in our home. We maintain a calm, clean, and comfortable environment and are mindful of doors, leashes, food, household items, and anything that could affect a dog's safety during their stay. We carefully follow all care instructions provided by each family, including feeding, medications when needed, walking preferences, and any specific household rules or safety considerations. We also respect each dog's boundaries and give them the time and space they need to become comfortable in a new environment. Since every dog is different, we pay close attention to their behavior and body language throughout their stay and adjust their environment or routine when needed. Our goal is to provide a secure, predictable space where dogs can settle in comfortably and their families can feel confident about their care.
A typical day
A typical day includes walks, playtime, plenty of affection, and relaxing together at home. We adjust activities to each dog's energy level and preferences, whether they enjoy being active, playing with their favorite toys, or simply cuddling and spending time with us.
