Rosalynda has done an amazing job caring for Moose and is always communicative about her schedule. I know Moose always looks forward to their walks, and is grateful to be given the extra exercise!
We trusted Rosalynda to come and walk our dog for just a short 30 minutes while we both are away at work. We simply requested to make sure our dog was taken out to go to the bathroom & for a small walk. Unfortunately, we have to give Rosalynda only one star because on the day she was scheduled to come walk our dog she texted only 1 hour before our dog’s scheduled walk time to cancel. Both my husband and I work away from our home, so while we were working, we had to panic to find someone super last minute to come let our dog out. While I understand things come up and emergencies happen, this was very unprofessional.
