I'm Rosalyn, with over 30 years of pet care experience. On our family's land, I've tended to rabbits, horses, pigs, and dogs. I also open my home to animals in need. My knowledge and care have made me a respected figure in the animal care community, leaving a mark on the lives of many furry and feathered friends.

Rosalyn was responsive and prompt to all of our enquires. We were 10 minutes ahead of our drop off and pick up times. And Rosalyn met us out front each time. We brought Lucy’s own bed, back pack which included food, dog brush. She sent us a number of pictures which did not show any interaction with Rosalyn. Lucy is a water dog and is very social with people. She goes out twice a week with “Whistler Dog Walkers” and is regularly out without incident with as many as 7 other dogs. I was disappointed with Rosalyn’s environment. There were at least 3 other dogs. This was not an issue. The dog run was approximately 50 by 100 feet. It was 95 degrees that day. It had a few bushes and an over hang of ponderosa pines. The run was dusty and dry. I’m pretty sure with 4 dogs there was dog faeces left about. There were old dirty dog toys and chewed up balls and the water bowls were dirty. Rosalyn reported the day went ok until near the end of the visit and Lucy “got grumpy with one of the other dogs”. Which I feel as did Rosalyn this was understandable considering the heat. Honestly, I won’t be using Rosalyn again. Sorry.
Rosalyn was a great sitter for our 2 year old chocolate lab. She has a beautiful property, was very friendly and took pictures of Jack to send to me for peace of mind. She even dropped her off to us.
Rosalyn was awesome! We have had a hard time finding reliable pet care in the past and were relieved to find someone trustworthy and comfortable with a reactive dog. Her secluded home seemed to provide a peaceful atmosphere for Colby to unwind away from home.

Schedule
Every morning, we rise for the day on our family acreage. Our three pets, Archie, Duke, and Nyx the three-legged Formosan eagerly await our outdoor adventures. Throughout the day, we cherish playful moments together, fostering a relaxed atmosphere where my pets feel at home amidst the vast open space. Watching them explore freely brings me joy, and I ensure each dog's unique needs are met, including specialized care for Nyx. It's a fulfilling life, surrounded by our companions, knowing I've created a sanctuary where they flourish in the tranquility of our peaceful surroundings.

Two fenced yards provide supervised play, while 14 acres offer a spacious playground for dogs comfortable with off-leash adventures. Regular checks and maintenance ensure a worry-free environment, prioritizing the well-being of every furry friend.

As a pet sitter on an acreage, my days are filled with caring for various pets. Mornings start with breakfast, followed by playtime to bond with the animals. The grounds provide ample space for pets to explore. We also enjoy quiet moments throughout the day in the peaceful surroundings. Flexibility is key in meeting each pet's needs, whether it's their diet or attention. My goal is to ensure the happiness and well-being of all the animals in this haven on the picturesque acreage.
