I am an educator working in adult education during the academic year (September through May). During the academic year, I have the most flexibility for drop-in visits Friday-Monday throughout the day. That said, Tuesday-Thursday I am available before 8:30am and after 3:30pm for drop-in visits. June-August I have more availability. I would love to spend my time caring for your beloveds!

A typical day depends on the needs and desire of your pet! We may spend our time together doing enrichment activities, or I may just be a calming presence in the space as they go about their personal routine independently. I like to meet each creature where they are at, get to know them on their timeline, and curate our time together to meet their needs so that they feel safe, supported, and cared for.

My name is Rosa, and I have years of experience living with - and caring for - dogs and cats. Currently, I live with two wondrous cats: Wallula (5 years old) and Feygele (8 months old). I believe every creature has a unique personality and story that continues to unfold with each day. I find it an absolute delight and privilege to get to know your beloved creatures' personalities - their likes and dislikes, their curiosities and opinions, their daily rituals - and to support them in feeling safe and cared for while you are away.

I love working with Rosa and so do our cats! Rosa is very dependable, responds quickly to messages, and I loved that they send a lot of photos. I appreciate that Rosa understands our cats' different personalities and has time and patience for our shy guy, Satchel. His sister Doris can try to dominate all the attention and Rosa always takes the time to play and cuddle with both of them. It is such a relief when Rosa is our cat sitter!
Rosa's responsiveness, with our pets and with us, gave us the confidence to really enjoy our time away. They were a great communicator both before and during our trip. Highly knowledgeable and responsible. 100% will rehire every time!
