I’ve been pet sitting for over 10 years and have cared for dogs with all kinds of personalities, routines, and needs. I’ve also potty trained three dogs and worked with them on basic commands, giving me hands-on experience with training and understanding dog behavior. I also volunteered at an animal shelter, where I regularly walked dogs and spent time keeping them company. That experience taught me how important it is to approach every new dog patiently and respectfully, while paying attention to their body language and comfort level. I know that every dog is different and that even the sweetest dogs can be unpredictable in a new environment. I take the time to build trust and let each dog warm up to me at their own pace. Above all, I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely love caring for animals. My goal is to make every pup feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re in my care—just like one of my own.
