We asked Rosa to look after our cat Sylvester over Easter while we were away for 10 days, and we couldn't be happier with the care she provided. Sylvester is a very anxious and nervous house cat who usually hides away from visitors, so we were naturally quite concerned about leaving him. Rosa went above and beyond, making extra visits to meet with us and Sylvester, before we went on vacation, to gradually gain Sylvester's trust. To our surprise, she was able to gently coax him out from behind the sofa — something we never expected! It was clear from the updates and photos she sent that Sylvester quickly warmed to her, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing he was comfortable and in safe hands while we were away. We were genuinely amazed at how quickly Sylvester came around to welcome Rosa, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Thoroughly recommend Rosa — she’s kind, patient, and clearly has a wonderful way with animals.

We are so lucky to have found Rosa. She is reliable, responsive, and our dog LOVES her. We use her for walks on a weekly basis and completely trust her with our dog. She also sends fantastic photos and updates from their outings. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great walking and care for their dog! Infact, our family members are now using Rosa to now do drop in visits for their cats. We’re all very grateful and thankful to Rosa.
