Now as an adult, that childhood dream transformed into the chance to care for dogs with love and integrity. Seeing a happy pup at a café, at the park, even walking down the street fills me with joy so I want every dog in my care to feel adored, safe, and understood. Caring for pets isn’t “just a job”—it’s something deep and personal. I know that being trusted with someone’s dog is an honor, and I don't take it lightly. 《 Truly professional care 》 I've been doing this since 2021, meaning: ✔ 200+ successful bookings on Rover ✔ 60+ bookings using my own business brand with more than 41 repeat clients. ✔ I know that you build up an schedule and that you need someone reliable. I want your trip to go as smoothly as possible, that’s why I won't back up once the booking is agreed, unless a health related emergency occurs (knock on wood!) 《Care designed around your dog's personality and needs》 Everyday I go ahead and check the dog's posture, eyes, ears, tail, pace and arousal, to check how is he feeling, what he needs and what he wants, so I can exactly give that: • On walks (like going slower or faster) • On Social preferences (like introducing to new dogs or doing a time out before the main introduction) • On Comfort levels (If your dog prefers cuddling or needs extra space) • On Potty patterns (Some go right away others need some walking first) • On Environment (E.g If he likes to grab things from tables I will remove everything) • Triggers to avoid (e.g some dogs don't like Bicycles, cars, high pitch sounds) • Play styles (if your doggy likes wrestling with other dogs, I will let him do that, or if is more into belly rubs I will cuddle with him and give him lots of belly rubs.) • Relaxation needs (Some shy/old dogs need their own room to have time for themselves others love to be with the other dogs all the time). This is the: ✔"STANDARD OF CARE" Rosa will provide for your pup's stay: • Routine potty breaks with monitoring of output.  • Feeding based on your instructions, but adapted to our schedule. • 1 morning walk and 1 afternoon walk. • Bowls daily cleaning. • Respectful handling based on your dog's comfort level. • E/update will include a detailed note on eating habits, potty activity, behaviors, and personality. • Mantainance of a clean and secure environment. • Safety on walks: ensuring all gear is properly secured and avoiding unfamiliar dogs. • Ensuring your dog remains clean and hydrated. • If I see any changes in behavior or physical condition, I will communicate with you asap. • Playtime (fetch, tug of war) tailored to your dog's energy. • Treats will be given if allowed. • I will ensure your dog feels loved, secure and emotionally supported during his or her stay. 《 Honesty 》 To fully guarantee safety for everyone your doggie must be 100% dog friendly and 100% people friendly. Please be honest about your dog's behavior. If your dog barks, or is not fully potty trained please let me know before we book because I need to keep a good standing with my building, therefore I can only host dogs who are not barkers and dogs that don't break the apartment apart. I share walls with other 2 units so is very important I am respectful of the neighbors peace and the apartment's integrity. The best fit for us would be a doggy that: 1. Does not destroy (e.g. chewing or scratching doors, furniture or floors) and, 2. Does not bark (e.g, the dog I take care of should be able to be quiet while I go do laundry or buy groceries) and should be able to keep calm in response to sounds/people walking outside. 《My policies》 I will share a link to my policies, all showcase in a clear contract which, if you agree too, you must sign before proceeding to book the stay. It also contains questions about feeding and potty habits, please help me fill out those whenever you have a moment. Thank you. « What you should expect » • Trial Night: Not sure yet? Book a trial night to see if we’re the right fit before committing. • Personalized Attention: I care for 2 dogs per day (low season) or up to 5 (high season), ensuring every pet gets the same quality of attention. • Updates You’ll Love: Expect lovely, clear, well-lit photos or videos of meals, potty breaks, and walks—sent every morning and afternoon. « A Cozy Home » • Clean & Organized: My girlfriend and I maintain a smoke-free, calm apartment where your pet will feel at home. Bowls are sanitized, meals are served on mats, and your doggie routine would be followed as it is, but organically adapted to match our house life. • Safety First: I check all gear before walks, and avoid other dogs for extra protection. My building is gated for added peace of mind. « Meet and Greet » Schedule a meet-and-greet at my apartment with at least 1 day notice. This ensures you and your pet feel comfortable before the stay starts. « The booking process » • Submit a Request: Share your pet’s profile and key details. • Let’s Chat: The standard rate covers healthy, active pups. For specialized care (medication administration, custom meal prep, or high-energy exercise needs), please let me know so I can provide a tailored quote that reflects the extra attention your pup will receive. • Confirmation: Once the stay expectations are clear and once we both confirmed the cost. I’ll go ahead and lock the dates on my calendar. • Drop-Off Day: Bring essentials (leash, food, treats, etc.) and confirm your ETA. • Pick-Up Day: Notify me when you’re on the way. « Hours & Communication » • I’m available from 8 AM–8 PM for drop-offs, pick-ups, and messages. • Emergencies obviously extend these hours. • Pick-Up or drop-off's outside the 8 am to 8 pm window are +$50 more. « Guidelines for Smooth Care » • Please provide all instructions upfront, preferably in written form and before the booking starts. • Be flexible with scheduling. • Ensure your dog profile is complete and food is sufficient. • Avoid price negotiations—my rates reflect premium care. • A fresh pet makes for a happy stay!
