I grew up caring for cats and dogs, so pets have always been a natural part of my life. I had my own cat, who now lives with my family back home, and I continue to care for him when I visit. I truly love pets, treat every one like family, and enjoy giving them attention and affection. I’ve cared for pets with many personalities — playful, shy, or calm — and I know how to make each feel safe and loved.

We love Rong so much! She took amazing care of our little Winnie, treated him like her own. Her updates were thorough and we loved seeing all the pictures of him. I’d definitely rebook with Rong!!! 💗
Rong was very sweet and loving toward my dogs. I could tell this from pics of them snuggled up with her, feeling safe and secure in her presence. Rong was incredibly diligent and detailed in daily status reports -- I felt I really had a firm grasp on how things were going. I am very grateful for this as it allowed me to travel guilt- and worry-free.
Rong took great care of my two cats, she was very responsive and you can tell cares alot about the animals.
Rong took excellent care of my cat during our heat wave. I was worried to leave him alone but she communicated with me throughout my absence and was diligent about his needs. I appreciated knowing he was in her very capable hands!
We have a 9 month old puppy Ruby - we had to go out of town for 3 nights and it was our first time away from our baby- we even did a 1 night trial run with Rong in advance so that Ruby would be familiar with the space. Safe to say Ruby LOVED Rong - when we went back for the weekend stay, Ruby’s tail was wagging and she was so excited to see Rong. Rong was great at communicating and providing us updates, we felt so at ease knowing our baby was in good hands while we were away! Would definitely use Rong’s services again

A typical day
Each day is tailored to your pet’s personality! Dogs enjoy walks, exploring nearby parks, fetch, and plenty of love. Cats get gentle play, grooming, cuddles, and cozy quiet time.
