I grew up caring for cats and dogs, so pets have always been a natural part of my life. I had my own cat, who now lives with my family back home, and I continue to care for him when I visit. I truly love pets, treat every one like family, and enjoy giving them attention and affection. I’ve cared for pets with many personalities — playful, shy, or calm — and I know how to make each feel safe and loved.

Rong took excellent care of my cat during our heat wave. I was worried to leave him alone but she communicated with me throughout my absence and was diligent about his needs. I appreciated knowing he was in her very capable hands!
We have a 9 month old puppy Ruby - we had to go out of town for 3 nights and it was our first time away from our baby- we even did a 1 night trial run with Rong in advance so that Ruby would be familiar with the space. Safe to say Ruby LOVED Rong - when we went back for the weekend stay, Ruby’s tail was wagging and she was so excited to see Rong. Rong was great at communicating and providing us updates, we felt so at ease knowing our baby was in good hands while we were away! Would definitely use Rong’s services again

I cannot recommend Rong enough! She's been looking after my girls for the past 8 months for walking and boarding. This is the second time she boards the girls for 7 days, and everything that could go wrong with their health (they are special needs' dogs) went wrong. Rong dealt with the health issues calmly, professionally, and in a very caring way. Being thousands of miles away from my dogs when things went wrong was a terrifying experience, but knowing that Rong took the utmost care and handled everything so well, it gave me the peace of mind that I needed to continue my trip. Now I'm back and my dogs are healthy and well cared for, which is all I could ask for.
