I had a great experience with Rong! I’ve booked her for doggy daycare on two occasions and she was extremely communicative, pleasant to coordinate with, and clearly genuinely caring toward Mopple. While I was away, Mopple had a vomiting incident, and she promptly let me know, sent pictures, and continued to keep me updated on how he was doing. I really appreciated how attentive and proactive she was in that situation. I would trust her with Mopple again and highly recommend her :)

We had such a wonderful experience with Rong and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Cookie. This was the first time we had ever left Cookie with someone he didn’t already know, so we were understandably a little nervous. Cookie has separation anxiety, and even when we’ve left him with people he knows, he can have a hard time being away from us. But Rong was absolutely wonderful with him. From the photos and updates, we could tell how happy and comfortable Cookie was, which was such a relief for us. In fact, when we came to pick him up, we were amazed that Cookie wasn’t even overly excited to see us! That alone told us how safe, happy, and well cared for he had been with Rong. Rong was kind, caring, communicative, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire stay. She kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was also extremely flexible and even accommodated our last-minute request for an earlier pickup, which we really appreciated. Most importantly, it was clear that Rong genuinely cared about Cookie and treated him with so much patience and affection. Everything, from the communication to the updates to the care itself, was excellent. We’re so grateful to Rong for taking such wonderful care of Cookie and would absolutely trust her with him again. Highly, highly recommend! ❤️🐾

We love Rong so much! She took amazing care of our little Winnie, treated him like her own. Her updates were thorough and we loved seeing all the pictures of him. I’d definitely rebook with Rong!!! 💗

Rong was very sweet and loving toward my dogs. I could tell this from pics of them snuggled up with her, feeling safe and secure in her presence. Rong was incredibly diligent and detailed in daily status reports -- I felt I really had a firm grasp on how things were going. I am very grateful for this as it allowed me to travel guilt- and worry-free.

Rong took great care of my two cats, she was very responsive and you can tell cares alot about the animals.

Rong took excellent care of my cat during our heat wave. I was worried to leave him alone but she communicated with me throughout my absence and was diligent about his needs. I appreciated knowing he was in her very capable hands!
