Rommel and family are fantastic. I felt Ruby was extremely well cared for. I got lots of pictures showing how much Ruby was enjoying herself.
If I could give Rommel and his family more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This was Adonis's second stay with them, and it just confirmed everything I said the first time: he isn't watched, he's loved. From the moment I dropped him off, the whole family got involved again: walks, backyard playtime, cuddles, and treating him like he's always been part of their home. Rommel sent photo and video updates every single day, which gave me complete peace of mind. And once again, when Adonis ran low on treats and toys, Rommel just handled it, went out and replaced them without even asking. It's just who he is. Honestly, the way this family has taken to Adonis makes it clear he's not just a client's dog to them, he's family. I came back to a happy, well-loved dog, again. If you want someone who treats your pet like their own, Rommel is your person. We'll keep coming back every time. Highly, highly recommend.
Rommel was excellent. He took fantastic care of our dog and had excellent communication, sending lots of photos and videos.
Rommel and his kids were great with my two dogs. They shared lots of photos and videos during the stay. I know they had a great time.

Schedule
I currently work from home most Thursday's, Fridays and weekends. Have sufficient time in between work to tend to the pets. All tails wagging guaranteed 🤗
