Balancing individual attention is important to me. I make sure each pet gets the care, engagement, and affection they need while maintaining a calm, structured environment. Cleanliness and safety are a priority in my own home, and I bring the same standards to every stay and visit. I also tailor play and exercise to each pet’s energy level, whether that means active outdoor time or calm indoor enrichment. I'm so grateful to Romario for taking care of my senior cat, Neko, while I was away. Neko needs medication twice a day, and he's very shy, scared of strangers, and not easy to handle.
