I’ve been caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes since I was 8 years old, and I officially spent a year as a Rover sitter while attending college. My experience ranges from toy breeds to giant breeds, each with their own personalities, needs, and energy levels. I have a 5-year-old Golden Retriever named Mila, who is trained as both a therapy dog and psychiatric service dog. Over the years, I’ve cared for pets belonging to neighbors, friends, and family, giving me experience with a wide variety of breeds and temperaments. I also volunteer as a foster pet parent with Aggieland Humane Society, where I’ve gained experience caring for dogs with a range of behavioral needs and backgrounds, as well as cats. I take the responsibility of introducing animals to new environments and other pets seriously, so I only foster during periods when I’m not providing other pet-care services. This allows me to make sure every animal in my care receives the individual attention, supervision, and comfortable environment they deserve. Whether your pet is tiny or giant, outgoing or a little more cautious, I’m committed to providing patient, attentive, and reliable care while treating them like one of my own.

I always respect and seek out the animals boundaries. As a stranger to your pet, I do my best to make your pet as comfortable and happy. I love to cuddle, be active or even be lazy with your pets, I’m VERY adaptable.

Romana did a wonderful job taking care of Boone when I had to leave for the weekend! She sent daily updates, made sure he had plenty of love, and took him on several walks. She was very flexible about drop off times and worked well with my busy schedule. She also has a sweet dog who was a wonderful companion to Boone all weekend. I cannot say enough good things about her. If you are looking for someone who has a furry friend for your pet to play with while you’re away she’s a great option!
Romana did a great job with my pup and was very communicative, sending photos and updates on how he was doing.
Romana did a great job taking care of my two dogs while we were on vacation for a week. She has a very calm and caring personality, consistently sent pictures and updates throughout our trip and was quick to respond whenever we communicated with her. Even took the dogs for a walk later in the evening to avoid the summer heat. Great job! I would gladly book with her again.
Romana took great care of my dog while I had to be gone for a few days. He was so well taken care of and was so happy when I came to pick him up. She kept me well informed whole I was gone and sent me a bunch of pictures. My pup and her pup got along great and played together the whole time. I highly recommend Romana for your dog sitting needs.
