As I am retired I have all my whole time to devote to your pet. I arrange my availability calendar to fit around my hobbies and social interests but other than that I am all yours.

I live alone in a two-bedroom house. Dogs have free range when with me, whilst obviously respecting any owner preferences (eg not allowed upstairs or sleeping on the bed). Your dog can have a room to itself to sleep in if required and I have a cage if that is preferred. My rear garden is securely fenced and gated. I have easy access to green areas and wooded walks

A typical day
l have easy walking access to Batch Wood where there are beautiful pathways to follow, squirrels to excite (annoy?) you, plus loads and loads of sniffs to sort out

Pet care experience
Way back in the beginning I worked as a Wagging Tails carer and during that time I looked after more than 50 different dogs and enjoyed many repeat visits. Following the local Wagging Tails closure I applied for and gained a 4 star Dog Boarding Licence (L/N 2022 00 297 - Roger's K9 Boarding) and I am First Aid trained and properly insured. All of that should guarantee your peace of mind, but perhaps more importantly my love of dogs and high availability ensure your dog will be pampered, entertained and really enjoy its stay here.

Olive had a lovely time staying with Roger. He was so welcoming and we had every confidence she would be taken care of in a very professional and thoughtful way. This is the first time I have left Olive with anyone other than family but my fears were allayed - Roger kept us fully informed throughout her stay and sent photo updates. I would highly recommend Roger as a first class dog sitter.
This was our first booking with Roger who was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Our cockapoo Tomos was very comfortable and well looked after. and particularly enjoyed lying in the sun in the garden!
Coco has been great since coming home with her stay with Roger, seemed very happy, we will definitely book Roger again
Roger was wonderful with Cooper, who came back chilled and happy after a lovely week. Roger kept us informed with photos and combines kindness with the highest professionalism. Would definitely use again.
