I like to make sure that my dog’s food pantry is fully stocked at all times and take the time to brush and groom them at least once a week. Their daily walks are crucial because they are super active huskies, and it also puts me in good shape to keep up with them. I also make sure that my client’s pets are comfortable and I provide lots of snacks and warm blankets for them to relax in my home.

A typical day
I love spending quality time with the pets I watch! 🐾 Depending on their personality, we might play with toys, fetch, or tug-of-war, go on walks for fresh air and exploring, and enjoy cuddle time for pets that like affection. I also like doing simple games or light training with treats to keep them mentally stimulated, making sure they feel happy, safe, and not lonely while their owners are away. 🐶🐱

Pet care experience
Dogs have been my best friends for as long as I can remember. My passion for caring for these amazing creatures began about 15 years ago when I met my wife. I noticed how deeply she loved dogs, and we naturally gravitated towards them, especially after we adopted our beautiful husky, Buster. I started walking my neighbor’s dogs regularly, and now I have several people who ask me to dog-sit for them as well. I love playing catch and rewarding them with treats. Nothing makes me happier than encountering a dog that looks me in the eyes and understands how much I care for them!
