My setup works really well for pet care — I'm based at home the majority of the week, with just one day out that can flex depending on what's needed. That means I'm available for boarding almost any day, weekends included. Plenty of calm company, no rush, no stress.

I live in a third floor flat, so no escape risks and a nice calm environment away from the chaos of the street. The building has a fenced garden which is great for a bit of fresh air, and if your pet needs a longer stretch, Richmond Park is just around the corner — hard to beat. No other pets in the flat, so your cat or dog gets the full run of the place and all of our attention. My 10 year old daughter absolutely loves animals, so they'll have a little devoted fan following them around too.

I’ve been surrounded by animals for most of my life, and caring for pets has always felt natural to me. Growing up, our family home was full of life with dogs, and that experience shaped how comfortable and attentive I am with animals of different personalities. We had two dogs in particular who left a lasting impression on me. My sister had a cocker spaniel who was affectionate and playful, and later during my university years I had a Weimaraner—full of energy and always ready for adventure. He and I quickly bonded over our shared love of morning runs, so I’m especially confident handling active, high-energy dogs who need both physical exercise and mental stimulation. More recently, our family welcomed a cockapoo who still lives with my sister, and I’ve remained closely involved in caring for him whenever I visit. Overall, I’m calm, reliable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals—whether that’s going for a long walk, keeping them company at home, or making sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away.

We highly recommend Rodrigo and his lovely family. Ella had a wonderful time staying with them and received lots of attention, care, and playtime, especially with Rodrigo’s lovely daughter, whom she absolutely adored.
