Rocio took absolutely incredible care of George - he couldn't have had a better carer. Communication was really great throughout; she shared daily updates with us so we always felt at ease. The care of my dog could be organised at very short notice, which was a great help for me. Already the day before there was a personal acquaintance, where all important arrangements were made in peace - she took a lot of time for this. She was punctual, reliable and regularly sent photos during the care, which gave me a very good feeling. My dog was in good hands and I would trust her with care again at any time.
She was absolutely wonderful—kind, reliable, and incredibly caring with Helmut. She kept us regularly updated with photos, which we really appreciated. Such a lovely person, and Helmut clearly felt very comfortable with her. Highly recommended! Thank you Rocia!!
Sie war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Sie ist pünktlich gewesen und ist noch eine kleine Runde mit dem Hund spazieren gewesen. Zwischendurch haben wir Fotos erhalten. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.
Elmo has now stayed with Rocio for the second time, and once again it was a great experience. He feels completely comfortable with her. For him, it’s like a little wellness day every time. She spent a lot of time outside with him, especially in nice weather, which we really appreciate. Communication was always quick and easy, making everything very smooth. Highly recommended.
I was very anxious since this was the first time we left our 1 year old Labrador with someone we did not know. Rocio gave me a good feeling from the minute I met her. She is very positive and calm person. Our dog is very energetic so I had some doubts but all worked out great! Will definitely contact Rocio again!
