I'm Chio, a dedicated cat lover who treats every client's pet like my own. I grew up with stray cats and currently run a multi-cat household: I have my senior girl (14 years old) and my two active youngsters (2 and 1 year old), so I’m used to managing a wide range of needs and personalities! My goal is simple: to make sure your cat is safe, happy, and sticks to their routine so you can enjoy your time away worry-free. I truly love meeting new cats, hearing their owners brag about them, and taking the time to understand their unique quirks. I never rush a new friend. I understand that a cat needs space to warm up on their own terms (my own cats, are cautious with new people, so I get it!). I focus on giving gentle space and positive interaction until they decide it’s time for a head boop. Reliable Availability: My schedule reliably allows for morning and afternoon visits, ensuring your cats never miss their two main meals or a check-in. Proactive Pet Safety: I constantly monitor the cats for subtle changes in behavior (lethargy, hiding, low appetite) and will immediately secure any potential hazards, before or during my visit. Updates: I'm happy to provide regular updates and photos during my visits—just let me know your preferred frequency (twice daily or one consolidated update)! I have known Chio for three years, and in that time she has been the most attentive, kind, loving and trustworthy pet caregiver! She has looked after my 80lb mutt, Bean, multiple times throughout the years. Bean is a dog that requires a lot of special care / attention: he is reactive, takes anxiety medications at certain times of the day, needs to go on walks while avoiding other dogs, and relys on a routine to help manage his anxiety. Chio took the initiative to get to know Bean before we left him in her care the first time and memorized his schedule completely. She also sends us awesome, detailed updates while Bean is in her care - so we don't worry while we're out of town (although, we always miss him!). I also know Chio has cared for other animals in the time I've known her. She has cared for cats, both adults and kittens, with different needs.
