I’m a stay-at-home and remote working (part time currently) tech marketing professional, here in the heart of San Diego. This affords me **95% full flexibility and availability** in times I can provide dog walks, drop in visits, and accept daycare/boarding drop offs and pick ups! :) On an average week, I am available*: Mondays: 7 am - midnight Tuesdays: 7 am - midnight Wednesdays: 7 am - 9 pm Thursdays: Noon-9 pm Fridays: 10 am - midnight Saturdays: 7 am - midnight** Sundays: 7 am - midnight** (*For overnight boarding clients, home sitting, and dog day care I am often available 24-7 for a pick up / drop off. Let’s discuss!) ** For weekends, please see calendar for availability. I am usually not available 1-2 weekends per month.

(On hot days, we drive straight to the grass park to avoid the cement/asphalt). Ein typischer Tag
For walks every 2-4 hours, I use a variety of 15-30 minute walks in the neighborhood and listen to the body language of the dogs to determine the pace. I do not allow any pottying on neighborhood plants/trees, and allow pups plenty of sniff time to investigate their journey. If temperatures reach 70*F+, we will take a short drive to a spacious grassy on-leash park down my street to avoid the pavement and enjoy walking in the shade. I usually have a few hours of computer work to do each work day, so ample time will be spent relaxing in my cozy air conditioned apartment. Other hours can be spent playing with dog’s fav toys or snack puzzles (if paw-rents provide)… and of course plenty of cuddles and belly rubs throughout the day. My pup is a chill 7 year old pup who will play in moderation, but is most interested in having a cuddle buddy. Our apartment is a calm oasis compared to a bustling busy dog day care / boarding facility. I allow pets on my furniture and bed, but I can correct this for pets who are not allowed to do so at home.

I live in an apartment with my chill 7 year old pup, and we enjoy walks in the neighborhood and the grass park every 2-4 hours. (On hot days, we drive straight to the grass park to avoid the cement/asphalt). This life style, with a commitment of only a flexible few hours of computer work at home each day, gives me a chance to give plenty of attention to all fur babies in my care. Especially for pups who may feel more at home in a relaxed setting (instead of the chaos of bustling day care centers or confines of a boarding kennel), my apartment can be the *calm* oasis for them whether the need care just for the daytime or for extended overnight boarding. 🥰 For cat parents 🐈⬛🐈😻: I cared for a lovely cat for 1.5 years that I dearly miss. I cannot board cats in my apartment, but I can do daily or twice daily cat visits for clients along with the duties of liter box / feeding / play time. Please reach out to me so we can arrange care! >>> I can often accept SAME-DAY-care requests after 9 AM if my calendar shows me as available. (I understand sometimes things happen last minute and you need a trustworthy person to step in and care for your pet).

Rochelle was very communication and send plenty of photos that made us super comfortable with her level of care. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure our dogs got exercise and had a fun weekend. Highly recommend!
Rochelle is so attentive to the dogs needs and was aware of temperature and comfort level for my dogs. Her notes post walk were so detailed. I was very comfortable having her enter our home and take our pups for an outing :)
Rochelle is one of the most caring and trustworthy people I know when it comes to animals. She’s incredibly organized, communicative, patient, and attentive, and truly treats every pet like her own. She adopted a previously abused rescue dog with high anxiety, and through endless love, enriching adventures, excellent veterinary care, and nutritious food, that dog’s life has completely flourished.
