Hello everyone! We are grateful to have been on Rover together since 2019. We've had the privilege of working with so many amazing people with a wide range of pets. It's allowed us to hone in our skills. We have experience with puppies/kittens and seniors and a plethora of medications, including insulin. Although we mainly spend time with dogs and cats, we love the chance to take care of rodents and reptiles (and more!) too. Our bread and butter are our overnight stays. We treat your home like our mothers expect us to treat their homes! We will gather mail and water plants if necessary. If there is an area of your home that is off limits, we asked that the doors be shut. Cameras are perfectly fine, but must be disclosed if inside. There must be no cameras aimed toward/in bathrooms/bedrooms. Only exception for bedrooms is if we are expected to sleep on a pull out couch in the main living area, but there must be a bathroom that gives us privacy. Outside cameras/ring doorbells are just an expectation and we live as if every home has one. Generally speaking, we can accommodate bathroom breaks every 4-5 ours on most days. for puppies/seniors that require more bathroom breaks, it may be necessary to add an additional drop in at a cost of 10$ per drop in. These additional drop ins will only be 15 min, unless a meal/med is required. We do charge for additional dogs/cats and do have a minimum fee for overnights for cats. We do not have a minimum stay length. We do require all meet and greets for all new dog clients which must be at a time that we are both available. Steven works part time so we do have to have advanced notice. We do not accept clients who live on the east side of the St. Johns. This is just so we don't have issues with crossing bridges during rush hour or because of accidents. As the summer approaches and we go into the busy season, unless your pet has a time sensitive medication, all walks/drop ins will be given a time window (roughly 2hrs) so that our day can be as efficient as possible and every pet gets the time/attention they deserve. As we do not provide care in our home, this only applies to housesittings and dropins. All dogs will be walked with a leash, no exceptions. Our current insurance does not allow someone else to be in the home during the time of our stay. This means that if you have someone coming over during that time, please let us know prior. We will either be present, or request that they come by before our first visit or after our last visit.

Another great experience with Robyn and Steven! We made a trip with minimal service and knew our pups were in great hands. Our older dog has great anxiety with thunderstorms and they were so great in comforting him and making sure he felt safe!
Robyn and Steven are absolutely amazing. This is the very first time we have ever left our dogs with people other than family so we were so nervous due to our dogs many needs! We needed to do a last minute booking for some very high maintenance dogs and they paid attention to every detail and made sure our babies were loved. We felt so secure and communicated to you couldn’t ask for a better team to watch your dogs!! Definitely will be booking Robyn and Steven again!
Robin and Steve are amazing! Did several drop ins to help with our nervous one. Treated our babies like their own, and was respectful of our home. Stayed in contact daily with updates and photos. 10/10 highly recommend.
Just amazing people. They took very excellent care of my Tux & Holly :) I will definitely be calling them back in the future . It’s hard to find good help with your animals and somebody you can trust and I definitely found them. Thank you Robin Stephen, for taking such good care of my fur babies.
Robyn & Steven are always extremely reliable and super communicative. They make us feel comfortable leaving home knowing our cats and house are in good hands. I cannot say enough great things about them and the attentiveness they have to making sure everything is taken care of for us while we're away. There is nothing like having peace of mind when you're on vacation, and Robyn & Steven provide exactly that every time. Highly recommend these guys!!

Programa
As each day is different, please reach out if you need specific hours of availability. On a general basis, we are available everyday during the hours of 6am and 9pm for drop ins. We are also available 7 nights a week for overnight care.
