Safety, trust & environment
My full attention is given to animals under my care. I keep an eye on the pet and ensure that all of its needs are taken care of whilst also allowing them their own space. Your approach towards pets is key, their mood can vary and their behaviours give an indication of how much attention or space they are wanting at that moment, trust is built upon this slowly. In others homes, allowing them to come to you and letting them adjust to having you around is the best method, keeping a calm environment. A meet up before hand is always handy as well for us to see how things will play out.
Information Robyn S. would like to know about your pet
If there are any particular walks they enjoy, what sort of distance is best suited for them too. How well they interact with other dogs. Also favourite toys to keep them interested. And any snacks I can bring along with me.
A typical day
I’m always up for long walks and getting out and about. I love walks in forests and parks. I always have a tennis ball and a few treats handy making me a dogs best friend. It’s also great fun keeping them entertained in the house, either by tug toys or hide and seek treat games. Equally, with a calmer dog, I’m up for a chill in the house and cuddles.

Pet care experience
I have been dog walking and pet sitting using Rover for the past 3 years. On top of this I have lived with pets since I was 6. I’m very familiar with living and caring for both cats and dogs of all sizes, behaviours and ages. When I am not at university I live with a 12 year old dalmatian, and previously helped to care for an excitable kitten and household cat for 12 years. I am experienced in walking, feeding and general hygiene and care of animals. Along with personal experience, I also volunteered at the Cats Protection shelter for 1 year. I learned how to maintain excellent hygiene of their living areas and also how to approach a range of cats with differing moods and behaviours.

Amazing as always, Robyn is our go-to sitter for good reason! Always so reliable and our cats absolutely love her :) thanks again!

Can’t recommend Robyn enough. Super reliable and lovely with my dog pippin. Thanks so much!

Robyn was amazing as always! One of our cats is extremely cautious of people but absolutely loves Robyn, which gives us great peace of mind whilst we’re away. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robyn to anyone :) thanks again!

Robyn was great with my two cats while I was away! She was very consistent and reliable and I looked forward to receiving her thorough updates every day. I'd highly recommend her to anyone!
