Located in Sherman Heights near East Village and Golden Hill, perfect for long walks and fresh air. I recently lost my 8-year-old lab/pitty mix and am hoping to continue engaging with dogs while dealing with the loss. I have also fostered rescue dogs, am experienced with highly energetic dogs, and injured or disabled dogs. I've always loved animals and thought this would be a fantastic way to earn additional money and do something I love. Eager to provide a place of love and attention for dogs temporarily separated from their owners. It's stressful enough to be away from your pet without worrying if a kennel will provide them enough attention and engagement. I can't wait to meet you and your pet!

Schedule
I work from home full time so can give your dog all the love and attention they need. My schedule is pretty flexible and I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. I prefer to take dogs out at least twice daily for walks, including one longer scent walk where we let their nose lead the way. I live close to downtown San Diego and can easily walk to East Village or Gaslamp which is are extremely dog friendly areas.

I have a small fenced-in yard and can easily crate your dog if necessary. I have experience administering oral medications if necessary and always keep a well stocked pet first aid kit in my home and car. If caring for your pet in your home, I can adapt easily to their routine and will meet your pet at their comfort level.
