My own senior dog is a rescue who has had special needs throughout her life, and caring for her has taught me so much about patience, compassion, and really paying attention to what an animal is communicating. I’ve learned to recognize their needs and boundaries and understand that every pet has their own personality and way of communicating. I’ve also pet-sat for friends and family over the years, and one of the best compliments I hear is, “Our pet seems to really love you!” I genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their people are away. I treat every pet as an individual and give them the patience, attention, and affection they need.

Having cared for my own rescue dog with special needs for many years, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and paying attention to an animal’s individual needs. I want every pet in my care to feel safe and comfortable. I’ll follow your instructions and routines, keep a close eye on your pet, and communicate with you so you know how things are going while you’re away.

Schedule
I am available for pet sitting, drop-ins or walks around my work schedule - my shifts are between 6-8 hrs Mon-Fri, so your pet will never have to wait too long for me to get back for a walk, feeding, or play time :) Weekends are typically more open and flexible.
