Don't be afraid to ask me for customization or modifications to your booking. I am more than happy to tailor time frame, price, responsibilities and expectations to exactly what you need for your pup. No request is too difficult. I will do my best to accommodate! Be communicative and explicit about the needs of you and your animals. We'll figure it out! I work a 9-5 Monday-Friday as a software engineer. Outside of meetings I have lots of flexibility to accommodate you and your schedule. I'll work with you 1:1 to figure out exactly what booking details work best for you and your pet(s)! (Additional services such as house cleaning, animal grooming or off-hours visits may include a small up-charge, but I am more than happy to provide these services as I am able)

I do not board or care for animals in my own home, as I have 2 pets of my own and my home is their sanctuary :) Just as your home is your animals sanctuary, where they likely feel most comfortable, I think this is the best option for all involved. I've interacted with many animals of all temperaments. I prefer slow introductions, and allowing your pet to get comfortable with me at their own pace.

I'd like to know as much about your pup as possible so I can provide a tailored and familiar experience for them. To help make sure every detail is covered, I send my clients a Google Form to fill out for their dog so nothing is forgotten and I have everything I need to know ahead of time <3
A typical day
The time I spend with your pup will vary based on the amount of time we have, and the temperament of your dog specifically. Young high energy breed? We might go for a run, burn of some energy with a game of fetch, or even practice their training commands if you provide me with a list of the tricks they know ahead of time! Sleepy senior dog? We'll go for a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood. Time spent with your dog will always be tailored to their interests and temperament.

Pet care experience
I grew up in a family full of animal lovers. We had cats, dogs, birds, rats, guinea pigs and even horses. When I was a kid I wanted to be veterinarian, but I ended up becoming a software engineer instead. Working remote grants me the freedom to put my love for animals to good use as your on-call back up pet parent. After getting a dog of my own, I realized how important it is to have back-up pet care available for when life gets busy. Travel, work, vacations or whatever else you may not be able to bring your furry friend along for, it's my honor to provide peace of mind while you are away.

Robyn has been a pet owner and caretaker since we first met 6 years ago. During the course of our friendship, she adopted a Boston Terrier puppy, and has cared for and trained her with excellence. I've also seen that she genuinely just loves all animals. She's always been great with my 2 cats, as well as with other friends' and family's pets. She has watched my cats when I've been traveling and I would trust her any time to take care of my beloved furry friends. I think she will be an excellent caretaker.
Robyn is a kind, responsible, and trustworthy sitter. Her own dog is impressively trained, which shows her skill and patience with animals. She cared for my dog for a week, and I couldn’t have felt more at ease. My dog was happy, well cared for, and still gets so excited to see her! I’d trust Robyn with my pet and in my home any day.
